EazyIN
Technically I have to say Sly 1.That game started it all. Lives,Working Plot, good voice acting,Fun levels, Clue Bottles you have to collect to obtain missing pages of your Family Heirloom "The Thievius Raccoonus" Why the weird title of the book don't ask me ! OH and you could replay missionsSly 2 was missing a few things. Yeah it had by far the best Graphics any Sly Game had (until we see this future Sly 4 if there is one) I disliked it because Replaying missions was unavailable.Sly 3 Had fun gameplay but overall it sucked. You had to replay these levels only to find out it was a flashback. Just like they did in Super Mario 2 where the whole game was Mario's Dream. Disguises were cool and NOW you could do jobs again. But a new enemy named "Dr. M" took over and his story made no sense at all...Good game playBad StoryBad Plot (alittle)
CrypticQuery
I really enjoyed Sly 1. Not just because it got the ball rolling, but the art style, the gameplay, and the characters included. I enjoyed Sly 2 *slightly* more, just because it was expanded upon. Sly 3 was ok, but I feel it was a slight rehash of sly 2.
SlyJedi
Sly Cooper is my second favorite game franchise next to StarFox, IT ROCKS! For me it is story that makes a game, not gameplay. And the story is the best thing about this series. If I were to rate the games, it would be this:Sly 2: Band Of Thieves: My favorite in the series. Darkest of all 3, great story, great stages, great VA, great music. Epic Win! Sly Cooper And The Thievius Raccoonus: 2nd place for me. Just great fun, and the story rocked. Also had great voice work. Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves: This gets 3rd place. It has all of what made the previous games fun, but it story was not as great as the first two, though still great and I still love the game. All in all it is a great VG series. And like StarFox, there has been much speculation as to what a next sequel could be like.P.S. On a side note, I also recommend those who like the series to read the bridging comics between the 3 games. IMHO the one thing that Sly Cooper has better than StarFox, is better comic entries.

I remember my crazed fan days for this game. In fact...the only thing of Sly I don't have is the comics
SlyJedi
You can find them here:The Adventures Of Sly Cooper #1-Takes place between 1 & 2.http://verona.digitalsynopsis.net/slycooper/1024_768/index2.htmlThe Adventures Of Sly Cooper #2-Takes place between 2 & 3.http://verona.digitalsynopsis.net/slycooper/1024_768/index2.htmlOn a separate note, there are 2 prints of the first comic out there. The alternate one can be found here http://imageevent.com/gamescans/gamemagazines/slycooperminicomicbook?n=0&z=9&c=5&x=1&m=20&w=0&p=0 And though its pages are out of order, I consider it to be the superior version IMHO.
