Guest 'spatchofrust Posted May 19, 2005 Share Posted May 19, 2005 Xbox 360 is simply a computer. im happy with my xbox. the ps3 would be amazing, but when it boils down to it, the revolution would be amazing. downloadably snes and 64 games? *shouts in joy* has anyone heard about 'pokemon XD' for gamecube. it is scheduled for release in 06. full fledged RPG. The nintendo revolution looks good but I have not heard any thing about games. I hop it is not like game cube where there were very few games. I like how nintendo is finally going to include the features that gamecube needed like online play and watching dvds. brotheroffalco Posted May 20, 2005 Share Posted May 20, 2005 well I think that the console wars is now between PS3 and Xbox 360... and I don't mean that this is Nintendo's last system either I am just saying that what I think (not to mention that some of their representatives including miyamoto himself were hinting at this) they are now doing is taking gaming in a different direction that the others. So while Sony and Microsoft are dukeing it out trying to push the envelope of the graphics as well as complexity of games, Nintendo is taking a different approch by trying to make everything as user-friendly as possible. In essence Nintendo is after a different audience than Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo wants to create hardware and software that are useable to everyone. this is a great marketing ploy, why didn't I see this sooner I am all for Nintendo again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
