THE TOURETTS GUY LIVES!!!!

Tourettes is a mental disorder, I don't know how I got it, I used to have just ADHD, then OCD just emerged, then came the Tourettes. I don't reallly know how you get it, your either born with it, or it just emerges over time.

To be honest,

I am half-deaf.

I got it when I was five by ear infection.

Luckily, I didn't lose too much and quickly I developed to the point that you only knew if I was deaf if you saw me signing to my parents. (Yes. I do know 2 languages.)

Kids I knew from the deaf side sounds like apes or at best, an crying person.

Im socially balanced with the kids from The hearing side, altough I do need an interpeter for the teacher cuz i couldn't dang understand what she's saying!

I only mispronouced an few letters vocally and (and an few more mistakes  in typing, dude to my rush in video games), and those are what people usually mispronouce.

My parents are fully deaf, yet my borther and sister are hearing, and Im the only half-half of the bunch.

Thank you for your time to read this.

I do find some of his stuff hilarious, but with myself being a guy who actually has Tourettes, I have to say that his reactions are greatly exaggerated. Not to say that I don't find him funny, I'm just saying that people with Tourettes aren't exactly like that.

I have Tourettes as well, and it's no laughing matter.  I find those videos and...this thread, I'm sorry to the OP of this thread, but I find those videos and this topic offensive.

I'm not gonna complain to a staff member, or ask this to be locked, but I'm seriously pissed right now.

Living with Torettes is a living hell.  I'd rather be a violent schizophrenic with touches of dementia and the strength of multiple people, than to have Tourettes.  I spent my whole life being stigmatized, even by my own crappy stupid family.  I wish I could just commit a mass homicidal rampage on society.  Tourettes has ruined my life, and will continue to ruin it.  It drove me to failed suicide attempts (I didn't "chicken out" on the suicide attempts, I failed at them because I did them wrong), and it has really put my life in shambles.  Being medicated was the worst part.  I'll never go back to that.

But when I think about how I spent my childhood being ostracized and shunned by this stupid, hypocritical, "kinder and gentler", "politically correct", "tolerant", "Equal Opportunity", "Liberty and Justice for All" lying phony [leftist] society, I just lose my temper and my mind when I see stuff like that about Tourettes.

I don't mean to troll or cause drama or problems here, but I had to put in my 2 bits worth.

*sigh*

It's a mental disorder. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tourette_syndrome

Frankly, I find all kinds of joking about mental disorders, of any kind, something of the most distastefull possible.

I am NOT down with the exploitation of peoples' handicaps, especially if it's just for laughs. That's not cool at all to me.

Agreed. It hits a nerve to me because I've got a brother with a serious brain-injury, which has left him at the mental stage of a one year old, for the rest of his life.
