Depends. For FPS mouse and key is where it's at. but all can work, depending on the game design, but the motion controls have been so mistreated.

For me, it depends on what game you're playing. If I'm playing a sports game, motion control is my best option. For 3D games, adventure, and action, and others, I play best with dual stick. If in a computer game, I will use a dual stick too, if possible. But if not, I would take much as 6 months to get the hang of keyboard controls.

I actually memorize the keyboard controls, but in some games, where the action rises up, the adrenaline is pumping, I tend to forget where the right keys are. It takes me 6 months to overcome that habit.

Traditional console controllers are the best for me :D.  Although the way Sony is handling the Playstation Move may change my opinion on the Motion Controller concept.  Let's face it, the Wiimote isn't the most accurate thing in the world, for every game on the Wii that uses it for motion control, all you really have to do is flick your wrist.  Anyway, I never was into PC gaming, so I can't use a mouse and keyboard for my life! :D.  I've always been a console gamer :D.  Oh, and instead of Dual Stick, you should have gamepad, because MANY video game controllers didn't have analog sticks.

It's a Really hard decision. Both of them are very good and I would choose that choice if it was available.  Since its not, I put motion controller; because it does make a game much more interactive than dual-stick. but!  A dual Stick is still a classic for games like Brawl and various others; nothing beats a good, button mashing game.
