The Wii can be a hard-core console. It's not the hardware that's the issue, but the games that come out on it.

I have to Agree with ya on that the wii has a lot of games that don't attract my appeal toward the gaming system. Im not a person who want to play certain titles such as, Bass fishing, Deer Hunting, Adventures with Barbie and Hana Montana.

i can agree with that the main thing is  the wii has very little hard core games.

I've pretty much given up hope for nintendo, but that could change if they finally turn their heads twards our point of view.

I wish they could make another game like Metroid Prime 3, other then Brawl thats pretty much my favorite game on the wii. but i'll take a look at that Godfather game that was suggested a few posts back, sounds pretty interesting.

The Ps3 is ok, but i was tired of waiting for their updates and addon's, but i will never touch an Xbox360!! People who have switched consoles have told me that most people on there are complete jackass's. I may have bought a 360 controller but its only use is for some of my PC games.

But who know's, we may get some sign if hope for a new starfox at E3, you never know how much can be planned within a month  :wink:

I don't play games on XBox Live. There are some games that you can play offline that are awesome.

Gears of War/ Gears 2 for instance.

Anybody know Donkey Konga?

If you haven't played the game yet, I suggest you go play it now because it is that good. I even own all 3 DKas. (DKa3 was never released in the US but I managed to get my hands on the game on eBay. There is still a few left to buy)

There should be a DKa4 but a little more like Donkey Kong takes on some of Nintendo's characters like Mario,Luigi,Yoshi,Fox,Krystal and more to win a year's worth of bananas, (I know what you're thinking, why would Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Fox or Krystal would want to win the years worth of bananas? Well that remains a little bit of a mystery)

Sony should sooner or later create a Sly Cooper 4 as it was hinted in Infamous 2. As of this month, Sony or Sucker Punch has no plans on making a Sly 4.

Microsoft on the other hand should leave Rare alone since all of the games they created suck and Rare is just about to crumble.

Deadly Creatures (Sucky name, I know. But give it a chance. You'll be surprised.)

And sure, 360 and PS3 both have a large library of great games as well (I've enjoyed many of them myself). But it just annoys me that the Wii automatically gets written off as some shitty system by most "serious" gamers.

nintendo's consoles improve every year in terms of gameplay.

Sony's consoles have focused a little bit more on graphics.

Each console maker have their own 'specialty' in making these consoles, so there's really no point in this war. The Quality of games is better than which console you use. (At least that's what I think)

Thats unless Nintendo gets in shape and Iwata and Miyamoto work out an agreement on a Star Fox game for the wii. Heck the creators of Okami want to make a Star Fox game, kinda hints they there is more chance of Duke Nukem showing up at e3 again than Star Fox being shown at the presentation.
