Matrilwood
What about the woman who sued McDonalds for spilling hot-coffee on her lap whilst she was driving. Especially considering that its illegal to consume liquids whilst driving anyway.

Matrilwood
Nah the woman suing isn't stupid, you see when you sue someone you getIts the system that lets you get away with it that is stupid. Its actually killing people... See in America, (Yes were talking about your country, get over it) in America, if you help someone, say, out of a car-crash and for whatever reason the person dies, even if the person would have definitely died if you didn't help them, the family can sue you for big dollars. See the problem? If you have a high chance of getting sued for mega dollars and I'm talking tens of thousands here, you'd be an idiot to help somebody. Hence people are dying and getting murdered in broad daylight because everyone is suing one another.

Putting on makeup, talking on the phone, reading a map, reading a book (yep, that happened) and so on. Oddly enough there was one outcry when a man was arrested for eating chocolate while driving. Insert usual "Police got nothing better to do" claims here, but as someone who has seen a fair few near misses due to this kind of thing. (I was narrowly missed by a woman putting on makeup once, didn't even notice me) I think making someone wait until they are at home before breaking into a mars bar is a small price to pay for not being squished. Star Fox Runner
You wanna hear about a real stupid lawsuit? At the McDonalds in my town, some girl got mad at her boyfriend and threw soda in his face. When she got up, she slipped in the puddle of soda she threw at him and got injured. She sued the McDonalds for the injury AND WON THE LAWSUIT!!!!Now how in the hell can she win that? It really makes me wonder how people can get away with shenanigans like that, and no one tries to close the loophole.

Asper Sarnoff
Ratio of engineers to lawyers graduated each year in Japan: 10 to 1. *Ratio of engineers to lawyers graduated each year in the U.S.: 1 to 10Makes you think a little, don't it?Tough, I think we all can agree on stupidity clearly being a worldwide phenomenon. Guest Julius Quasar
^Awesome photo. My dad, as a lawyer, has had to defend his clients from the most ***ed up lawsuits. Also, he has cases where his client and the opposition are squabbling over the most stupidest things. We've also had family friends who were really wealthy 25 years ago, and now they're piss poor, 'cause they lost everything...just frittered all their money and assets away. Believe his first name was Caesar, not sure what his last one was.well it probably wasn't Salad Good one! These stupid "fatty-fatty-boombalatti" plaintiffs who are trying to sue McDonalds just because they, the plaintiffs, have no self control, don't deserve a dime. I have nothing against fat people, but I do hate the type of fat people, or any people (like that stupid clumsy woman who scalded herself with the McD's coffee), who try to sue just because they won't take any responsibility for themselves or their mistakes.
