Dumb people

Here's one I don't know if it's dumb, a lie or just weird.

A documentry was on about how astronamy shaped our culture. Pyrammids, calender ect. It overeached a bit but that's not the point.

However, it started going on about people 'forgeting their roots' and how technolagy (watches gps ect) have made the night sky obsalite. To prove it, they told a story of something recently (to whenever the program was made) about an earthquake in LA causing a power cut.

'They' (Police, Observitory, who?) were inondated with phone calls about myterious lights in the sky floating silently. Turned out to be stars. How can you not know what stars are?
