Vy'drach
And when Krystaerith is killed by Panthephiroth, she can be mourned as a lost sacrificial lion, but finally be gone. :3It will be Thhephiroph.(Was originally going to use that to mess with OneWingedAngel, but the opening was too tempting.) Guest Mr. Mario
Has anybody compared Falco and Krystal a little bit in Adventures?Notice that there are some armor pieces that Falco has EXACTLY like Krystal and he has a necklece.

Guest Julius Quasar
You're just saying that because you don't like Panther. No, no, no, you missed the point.  I do like Panther.Panther is NOT a poser. Panther is a flashy, gaudy showoff. He does not copy other's ways of cool, he invents his own. That's what I was saying...Panther's too cool to copy anyone else, but others wanna copy him. Dermot
What should characters wear? Well, it depends on the circumstances. Is this for the cockpit, for brawling, or for casual wear?Well, for the cockpit, the team members seem to be dressed for the cold, whether or not it's actually cold. I'm also still biased in favor of the original SNES/64 Star Fox team uniforms. XD I'd basically have them wearing that, along with their normal uniform colors. But actually, I'm more interested in their casual wear. :3This is my favorite casual outfit I've seen Falco wear:Except for the scarf, it has his standard colors - red shirt, red pants. Low-cut pants, sleeveless halfshirt. The fact that he's wearing the shirt he's wearing in winter seems rebellious and badass, somehow - like he's a tough guy and the cold doesn't bother him. He's so cute. ^^ Though asking Falco to wear that all the time might be too much to ask. But really, Falco has always looked just as nice in his original Star Fox team uniform. :3 It suits him. Though his Brawl outfit isn't bad either. :3I like Wolf's dark A-shirt from Brawl. And if Wolf wears gloves, they should always be fingerless. :3 And you gotta love the leather pants, the leather boots, etc. Basically, any outfit Wolf wears outside the cockpit should never cover his upper chest, or his biceps, and preferably should never cover his midriff either. In fact, the more upper body exposure, the better - Wolf should alternate between his A-shirt, an open vest without a shirt, and no shirt or vest at all. :3 And it wouldn't hurt if he hit the gym more often... And though Wolf doesn't necessarily look bad in a vest, I'd prefer a different vest from the blue one he wore in Brawl, for some reason.Great, now I have Adam Joseph's "Faggoty Attention" stuck playing in my head for some reason. It really feels more like a Leon song than a Wolf song. If Leon wore a casual outfit, it would probably look something like these:
StarFoxfan-FUR_ever
^^^So you are proposing that the SF characters should wear clothing that seem more realistic (based on what they are doing) rather than to always have them wearing their team uniforms.Ok, that makes perfect sence. However, I hate to burst your bubble, but I dought Nintendo would be lenient in terms of allowing their male characters to be more revealing. And in all honesty, do you really think Nintendo would make any of these SF male characters muscular in any way at all? Where do you think the common joke about Fox being less of a man than all the other male SF characters came from? However, I do agree that it would do good for Nintendo to do what you stated Dermot. (excelent choices in the outfits imo)

A lot of what I said - upper chest, biceps, fingerless gloves, and even the potential for some midriff. A lot of fanart of his Brawl outfit shows his midriff anyway. :3 Wolf already had a significant Fan Yay following since Assault, but it multiplied with Brawl. StarFoxfan-FUR_ever
Im not so sure about that. For one, Wolf in Assault basically was given a deeper (and more "dont mess with me") voice, unlike his British accent in SF 64. That alone makes a "villian" more bad***, right? Plus, Wolf was given a cybernetic eye to replace his eyepatch from SF64. The way I see it, based on the technological advances we would expect to see in Lylat compared to our Earth, that was done mainly to be a bit more realistic. (Think about it, Arwing WAY more advanced than a modern fighter jet. Communication systems seem to be a lot more advanced. Then we see a guy with an eypatch.....)Not to mention Leon was basically turned into a cyborg with his "makeover" that we see on Venom II... So why cant Wolf be given a robotic eye?As what you said about the "Fan Yay", i'm going to disagree with you. A lot of artists that have drawn Wolf out of fandome (the artists I have seen anyways...) tend to be female. Then again, it seems a lot of them are American. While in comparison, when discussing other parts of the world, I would agree with you on that statement.

And Wolf and Leon alike (along with Panther) strike me as characters who have great taste in clothes and know exactly how to coordinate and accessorize for visual effect. So much so that they can dress fabulously and still get away with some camp too, just because they can. :

StarFoxfan-FUR_ever
In response to Dermot:The only who can be said to look "fabulous" out of the SW team is really Panther. I mean, it's hilarious. The guy seems like a player in that he has that "ladies man" aspect of his personality, and yet he is seemingly loyal to Krystal, and only Krystal. He claims that he is extremely dangerous, and somehow his "symbol' (or whatever you want to call it) is a rose. He (like the SW team) dresses in grey armour (i think thats what it is...) and purple leather tights or extremetly tight space suits...or whatever... (come on people, they are in space. They kind of need to wear something to keep their body tempurature in check)Somehow, it works. Panther looks like someone who has "more bark than bite" yet in actuallity, it really is the complete opposite. Laughable, yet dangerous...Leon's personallity was changed from what seemed to be what you would expect from a sophisticated hit man in a 007 movie, to a mentaliy insane and completely illogical creep. Somehow, I think the fanbase has grown into his new personality, though it was a DRASTIC change....Wolf always had that "Don't mess with me" kind of personality and was always driven by a desire to be better than Fox. In SF 64, he seemed to be a "villain" but in actuallity, he was a hired gun. Only his looks changed.

Guest Julius Quasar
*EDITED*I love Fara's outfit, that should stay. Miyu and Fay have okay outfits...-Fox: Black sleeveless pilot flight suit, Air Force style combat boots, fingerless gloves, M65 Field Jacket or pilot's nylon black Bomber Jacket.-Falco: Red sleeveless pilot flight suit, combat boots with a retractable hidden carbon fiber spike in the toe of each boot, black denim motorcycle vest-Krystal: White [or silver] tights, blue long sleeve leotards, white [or silver] long [fingerless] gloves, blue calf high boots, silver diadem with green jewel, white hair beads, white tail band braids, hooded white [or blue, or silver] jacket.-Slippy: Orange jumpsuit, purple beaded necklace, red "Slippy" cap, brown work boots, brown work gloves.-Wolf: Sleeveless gray pilot flight suit (sleeves ripped off), black combat boots, black jacket, bionic eye.-Leon: Black sweater, olive drab cargo pants, black oxfords, black fingerless gloves.-Panther: black fancy oxfords, gray suit trousers, gray blazer, burgundy turtleneck sweater or burgundy silk t-shirt.*EDITED*
Samantha Weltzin
Oh heck. Why not jump on the bandwagon?Fara: Vixy Reinard's dress, for one. I mean, they said she looked perfect in it, so why doubt the comic writers? :3 Also, she strikes me as the type who'd wear something from the '80s. Something tight.Miyu: Could see her wearing a black trenchcoat and sunglasses. She seems to me like the type who'd pack massive heat if she could get away with it, so the trenchcoat could hide some sort of automatic weapon.Fay: Baggy T-shirt and sweatpants. Alternatively, a princess outfit.-Fox: A muscle shirt, for irony's sake. Could also see him in light gray sweatpants and no shirt when he's training.-Falco: Duster and shades, with a 'beater and jeans. I just think it'd be funny to see him as a modern cowboy.-Slippy: He can wear anything and be a sex god. However, it'd be fun to see him in a heavy snow outfit, possibly reminiscent of Ralphy's little brother in "A Christmas Story."-Wolf: Strikes me as a "Brown all over" type of person, wearing a dark brown shirt and a light brown overshirt and pants, with brown boots. Don't ask me why; I don't know. Just strikes my aesthetic sense that way.-Leon: Rainbow skinsuit, because everyone knows that REAL assassins wear bright colors (See: Naruto and his orange jumpsuit, a true ninja). Joking aside, his slender frame would fit well in a tube sock with holes for his arms and legs to stick out of. Or a banana suit. Joking REALLY aside, he'd probably look decent in a navy blue hoodie and navy blue sweat pants, with darker shoes.-Panther: White short-sleeve overcoat with a rose motif on the shoulders and a large rose on the back. Dark purple pants, but not quite as dark as his fur. Cerulean long-sleeve shirt under the coat. Green neckerchief. Some of these I've actually drawn at one point or another (you can probably guess which ones), or something similar. I'm a bit unorthodox when it comes to outfits, so if these are hard to picture or offend your sensibilities...too bad? :
