Metroid is to slow, with to much backtracking for my tastes. I also think Halos themes are deeper and better delivered.So, a better comparison. Metroid vs Shadow Complex? Braux Posted June 1, 2010 Share Posted June 1, 2010 I like both, I got metroid prime and halo CE, and played Halo's 2 and 3 in excess at a friends house... XD Both are VERY Diffrent from each other, Metroid is more of an adventure game with FPS elemets. Halo is simply a shoot-em-up where you can just have a little fun online.^Played ODST at another friends house! Halo's singleplayer was rather repetitive with the 3~ common enemy types with the rare miniboss.Metroid, lacking multiplayer at all save that crap in prime 2, is all single player and much better with it IMO.Metroid gets my vote, 2D over prime series, prime series over Halo.
