There is an adult game excatly like the called x-change. Basicly a boy is turned into a girl, and then does things with his friends that are weird to think about. There is also a popular krystal comic with that same thing.

On a related note, I once had a bodyswap and genderswap RP back in the old board. It was when everything was going sour though. I also tried to start a gender swap game a RP board I used to visit before interlanl admin drama shut it down. people were to embarrassed to play though because we know each other in RL.

Oh geez. I know the comic you're talking about and it makes me cringe everytime just by the idea someone would DO that.
