Sapphire Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 I'm not sure if there's already a topic for this or not, but i'll give it a go anyways We all have our own opinions of which is the best Star Fox game and which isn't. My opinion is Star Fox 64 was the overall best Star Fox game ever made The worst, which I'm sure many people will agree with me, is Star Fox Command. Not only do the controls make it difficult, but also the fact that it's a freakin RPG game or strategy game or whatever. It's terrible and the WORST thing Nintendo could do is make a sequal, even though they've already screwed the life of our heroes up and made Krystal leave the Team or stuff like that with the ignorant alternate endings. As for the soundtrack, I'd say in all the Games it would be either Corneria from Star Fox (Remixed of course, if you would like a link to the remix i will be happy to give you one) or the famous Great Fox Rock. SF64 & SNES = Exotic Gems.SFAd & SFAs = Precious Stones.SFC = Common, normal, useless vulgar stone.SF 64 3D = Rating Pending, Exotic Gem looks . Vy'drach Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 Best: Tie between 64 and Assault. 64 had the better singleplayer gameplay, but Assault had good multiplayer (and Krystal).Worst: Command. I didn't mind the controls too much, and the gameplay was mostly a re-hashing of Star Fox 2's (But done wrong, since SF2 was very fun), but the character "development" and the "endings" were horrible. Fureox Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 My favorite games out of the series were Star Fox 64, Assault, and Adventures.I liked 64 for the gameplay and the multiplayer was fun to shoot down yourfriends, but it does get a little repetitive . Adventures was great because ofits story and Zelda-like gameplay. Assault was awesome because of it's multiplayer,which me and my friends still like to play together .The worst Star Fox is definately Command. It was horrible. The story was garbageand i didn't care for the gameplay much.As for soundtracks, my favorites are the original Star Fox main theme and theremix of the main theme in Assault. Star Fox Assault WOULD be my favorite game, but it only has 10 levels, unlike 64 which has what? 13? I'm not sure but it's a whole lot more fun in my opinion. The multiplayer for Assault get a 5/5 though! Assault is pretty hardcore because it's the first Star Fox Game with a "All Range Mode" Landmaster, and I DO like the Landmaster :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Best musical wise is SNES.Worst gameplay wise is hands, feet, and everything in between down Assault, with Command being a close second. Worst musical wise.... probably Assault too. StarFox Adventures(Not including that other horrendous piece of garbage) Best music by far is the original StarFox, closely followed by StarFox 64. You might wanna pick it up, given how little a presence Krystal actually has in it, and the shooter levels are so easy my little sister could do them when she was 8.
