Star Fox Runner
Could the Anglars have been the product of one of Andross's experiments? In the intro to the Venom mission, Fox and Krystal, the Anglar Emperor says "Prehaps our Creator's oldest enemy has come home at last." when he learns the Star Fox Team is on their way. Proof: http://sfc.krystalarchive.com/text/venomFoxAndKrystal.htmlCould Andross be the creator? Because Fox and the team were his worst enemies. Robert Monroe
Entirely possible, considering Andross was known for making biological weapons.
Guest Mr. Mario
"Prehaps our Creator's oldest enemy has come home at last." Hmm...probably not Andross but maybe their god or something.
Guest DRL
"Prehaps our Creator's oldest enemy has come home at last." Hmm...probably not Andross but maybe their god or something.Yeah, I though of that too.Trouble is, it does hints at Andross in some way.'Has come home' = Venom? Therefore if 'home' is Venom, 'Creator' = Andross. However personally I preffer the other idea. Asper Sarnoff
I deem this theory "Plausible". Wouldn't surprise me at all if Andross had a few aces up his sleeve like the race of the Anglar. Created during or slightly before the Lylat wars I also suspect. Would have given the first clones time to reproduce into a society of sufficent manpo... fishpower to wage war upon to the galaxy. CrypticQuery
Wow....good find, that, for me, definitely implies Andross, especially with this other evidence, thanks DRL 'Has come home' = Venom? Therefore if 'home' is Venom, 'Creator' = Andross. Tiberius
Okay. This should be simple to figure out.Andross? Aparoids? Anglars? Attack of the giant letter A's?.... Oh comon, throw me a bone here! They might as well put in asteroids because that's all the little ship is. An A!
Star Fox Runner
Okay. This should be simple to figure out.Andross? Aparoids? Anglars? Attack of the giant letter A's?.... Oh comon, throw me a bone here! They might as well put in asteroids because that's all the little ship is. An A!I don't think Andross created the Aparoids, that would be pushing it. But the idea that he created the Anglars seems plausible enough to me.He performed all kinds of crazy experiments creating insane monsters, (Bacoon on Aquas, and that weird crab thing from Solar comes to mind) I wouldn't put it past him to try and create an entire race of creatures. Besides, some of the Anglar fighters are named after Venomian fighters in SF64, such as the Invader. Some even look the same.

Scott7
Its the A's just a coincidence...But yeah the evidence deffinetly points to that conclusion. if they really were creatures born on the planet before Andross was exiled, they would be adapted to the environtment meaning they'd be able to breath on their own in the Venom sea with the corusive substnaces. And since they have No active city's down there and corosion risistent material's on their Ships and bases. its pretty obvious that they can't. :)

brotheroffalco
This is definately plausible. A lot more plausible than many theories about different nuances in the StarFox Universe. I for one would believe it. Can't believe I never caught that before

Dublinthefox
I think that the anglers were the native species of Venom. They just weren't envolved in the war againts Andross for some reason.
