Fair enough. Although as I've said before, it's gotten to the point where it's better to assume idiot and lier until proven otherwise. My logic being that she will understand and continue, or the nerd will avoid getting used/abused. That's how I see it. You could say that attitude would push her away, but then we are getting into fractions of fractions.

I think it's hilarious how almost everybody on SF-O hates or dislikes Sabre.

And what do you guys think would make a good couple song? For every girl that I date i try to get us a "Song". Silly, eh?

Well I like Sabre.

The song is kind of something that you have to figure out on your own. For me, whenever I hear "For the Longest Time" by Billy Joel, and "Fireflies" by Owl City, it makes me think of Asper. Of course, that's because the lyrics strike a chord with me. You need to find a song that does that for you. I would consider turning to older music, because it seems like the oldies were much better about love songs than today.

Instead, let's focus on the common ground. You said peoples desire to have a 'song' is silly. You know this because you realise that it's not only unrealistic, but pointless. However, they are brought up believing in Disney crap, and that all true love couples have a song. When they don't, rather then doubting what they have been told, they strive to get a song by any means, even simply making it up if they have to.

If it's so liberating, why don't you do it more often?  In all seriousness, though, I love the truth. I strive to take the path that will lead me to it. I just don't like to be as cynical as you while I do it. This means that I'll end up taking a different path than you, and sometimes reach a different "truth".

Having a 'song' is neither unrealistic or pointless. Of course, I see no point in actively searching for one; if you and a loved one are to have a song, you'll know it when it comes. It'll usually be marked by some significant event, and it'll be more the association than the song that really means something. I will agree with you that many young couples are a bit obsessed with having a song, but that in itself isn't much of a point against it. It's more just your usual ramblings about 'Disney crap'.

And I'm a learner. It's NOT in my profile, but I do listen and take to heart what I read. It's just that you rarely prove anything you say, so I'm not going to believe it. To me, it's just pessimist bullshit from a person who thinks he's right while lacking the fundamentals of being so.

Next time you start rambling, how about some proof? Or if you can't prove it, at least admit it rather than going "LOL I'M SUPER SMART AND FOLLOW LOGIC SO I BETTER THAN J00"

People CAN have a song, and Disney lets people follow their dreams. Disney is a GREAT thing that lets everybody see the good things in this world. It's a wonderful thing for kids to grow up on without having to put up with the sh*t that goes on in this damn world now. And I'm just sick of people like you bringing up all the negative things in life. And hey, if you don't like what you read in here, you don't have to post here. By the way, go to hell.
