Much like the A-sexual thing, most (all) people who have used that as an excuse are people who have recently been dumped or need a conveinent excuse for being single so long. i agree.I do. fox1235
Well I think this is my second post on this topic which gotten popular since the last time I visted this topic. Love life for me kinda sucks. Techincally I had girfriend who I forget her name in pre-school, techincally nothing happened that's how identified as each other, boyfriend and girlfriend, so people says it dosn't count(To me it does ). Well I have many crushes during the elementary school, back then it wad very unmanily to admint you liked a girl because everyone was still in the other gender is icky stuff . I was actually in that mindset right into the fifth grade, when everyone was starting to use the word "dating". A girl even asked me out but I declined for two reasons, first some of my friends told me it was a joke(The girl was somewhat popular and still is to this day) and that I felt like I wasn't ready for this. Then I get to middle school and start liking girls but I my face started breaking out(yeah) and the girls that liked kept being pushed a way from my the school's crappy system of organzation. I pretty much liked two girls, one was pretty popular and a cheerleader, she personally knew me and was an old friend of my sister, but we pretty much barely know each other anymore, plus she can have anyone she wanted so why pick me . The other I meant later, we some times talk but not much since the school changed my class schedale to not being in any other class with her (and everyone I also knew ) shes very pretty and very smart but is not popular. I will think sometimes about other girls in my classes but they have no interest of knowing me . So yeah this is my love life. Sabre sometimes I think I'll use that asexual excuse (although I think I'll use to mess with my friends for one day). So yeah feel free to discuss what I should do/ should have done in my love life. Sabre
I was listening to a podcast today and the woman on it was saying how she liked men with dark secrets and emotional bagage, which seems the opposate of what I would have expected. Sure, it definitely is not the general flow, but many things aren't.
Guest Julius Quasar
Getting a girlfriend in today's world nowadays is hard. Having lots of money does help, but you should not use wealth to attract a girl. Also, not all women are attracted to or care about money or material things. Yes, money can attract girls, but they'd most likely be the wrong kind of girls.

Redeemer
How do you convince a guy....age is not an issue?...that as long as both hearts are in the right place....anything is possible ><Depends on the age of the other guy... How old is he? If he's older, then obviously he's a good deal older otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question lol. But if he's younger... and you're already pretty young... Maybe you should leave it be. Young minds need room to grow. :)

Sabre
How do you convince a guy....age is not an issue?...that as long as both hearts are in the right place....anything is possible ><You look good and are fun to ...do the horizontal monster mash with?I have no idea, but I've been told older women are great (and thus the recent MILF fad) because 'they know things'. Crude, of course, but that's what I'm told.My question wouldn't be "Why is age not an issue?" but "Why is age an issue?"I don't have any experience, at all, so my worry is once I pass 25, I will start to degrade, and thus won't have anything. Basicly to me it find gf by 26 or nothing.Out of curiosity, how did you end up with a 35 year old guy anyway?
Redeemer
he...is older then me...he is 11 years older infact......Well, you can try and show him how mature you are, that'll maybe make him feel more comfortable. And hey ajc, yeah it's been a while! I started university this week so that's the prequel to a chapter of hard work, haha. Good to see you're doing alright. :)
Kid_Cortet
My question wouldn't be "Why is age not an issue?" but "Why is age an issue?"those are the exact words I have asked before. His response is..."I feel I would be like your way older brother...." when my brother is actually older then he is lol. But I have said to him, age is no bounds, as long as the two hearts blend perfectly, then anything is possible.Out of curiosity, how did you end up with a 35 year old guy anyway? i must admit, I am slightly more attracted to guys older men then those younger or close to my age. Those who fall under that rare catagory...look at me like I am too old and should be called "sir" ><(And no...it is not a daddy complex lol)Well, you can try and show him how mature you are, that'll maybe make him feel more comfortable.I have my good days and bad days....which from what I hear.....he is the same way

I don't see the appeal of super young looking ladies or the naughty schoolgirl look. People don't like it when you point out the hypocrasy of hating paedophiles and liking the things I just mentioned.I totally call daddy complex I do find it strange how negative things repeat, but posatives are opposate. eg. Abusees become abusers, but people in athority become whipped.

Steve
Both sides have advantages! If you have a younger partner , whenever you turn another decade, you can go "at least I have someone on their 30s! (if you turn 40)"And if you have an older partner, whenever he/she turns another decade, you can go "at least I'm on my 30s whereas he/she is already 40!"
