I learned everything I know about cooking from my mother. ie. I can burn anything you give me.

Suddenly, my attraction to you has declined a little. But just a little. :3

As for the sandwich thing, I was under the impression that it was basically unadulterated IRL trolling and no one even started to actually believe that.

Ugh...my date tonight has been cancelled.  I was going to meet up with her after her dentist appointment but the building lost power as she was in the dentists chair and there's a major blackout in the city near where she lives.  Unfortunately, this means she will have to come back to the dentist later tonight and won't be off until 9 pm.  She feels quite badly about this happening so I reminded her that stuff like this happens and we postponed our date until next Tuesday.

In the meantime I texted that other girl I met (nataliya) to see if she wanted to do something tonight instead.

Oh no! How will you ever survive with only 23 dates?

Okay, so I got this figured out.  I talked to Molly a few times yesterday, we were just talking about life, you know, usual depression stuff, I was trying to tell her I will always be there for her.  I asked if she wanted to talk about it in person some time, so we're going for a walk around town at the end of the week  :)

And also, Sabre?  Have you ever felt like that before?  I don't think you understand what I was going through well enough to make that decision

Depends. What part are you talking about.

Alright, sounds awesome. For the love of god, do not make any of those woman = sandwich making jokes. :3

:hehe: Whoops! to late.. just kidding. It mostly was her just messing with me while i was working.

Date is a word that, in my case, can be defined loosely. :P

I mean have you ever felt what I did my first post, when I was certain it was completely hopeless and the fact that made it worse was that I really liked her.  When you feel like that you can't help but overreact

I have felt like the situation with love, or other things for that matter, that it is hopeless, and still do to a certain extent. That said, I've never had the experience that most would call a crush.

Overreacting though, no, never. I have been accused of under reacting by remaining calm in what most would consider mindless panic situations. The best example was when I was round a friends and the boiler caught fire, apparently this could cause the house to explode or something. His mother was litterly running backwards and forewards along the passage, arms over the head like a cartoon. I was casually packing my things like I do whenever I leave. Everything turned out fine in the end, but I did wonder how a reaction like that of family, the mother in particular, would be usful in any situation.

Point is, it doesn't make any sence. What is their to be gained from punching walls, or flipping out?

I never did punch any walls, she punched the walls when that guy got a girlfriend.

I'd just like to say that today marks the point at which there is officially a month between me and Asper :D I'm so excited to meet him, but I'm scared to have him over because my home is such a mess ^^; I'm completely stoked though. I never thought I'd be seeing him so soon. I actually get to go Christmas shopping and wrap presents with him and all the cute crap couples are supposed to do ^^

As opposed to what exactly? Living life half empty?

Come on Sabre, you know what he means.

Well, I thought I might have actually met someone that I would like to be with, turns out she follows a religion pretty much opposed to mine.

I think its a bit ironic, I mean, there isnt anything that I dont like about her....pretty much my ideal girlfriend...and then I get hit by the religion issue...*sigh*

What's the issue here?, what does your religion say about her religion?

I know, but it's better then saying "That's a bloody stupid thing to say. As if artistic and intelectual endevors are somehow worse then pointless thrill seeking."

As for religion. Really? If you are truely that dumb as to such a stupid thing get in the way, then it's your own fault.

If you don't believe me on how absolutly rediculous that idea is, watch this.

I don't think you are understanding the whole picture. (Maybe I should have been a bit more specific) So let me make this simple. I follow Christianity and she is Jewish. In the long run, it would do more harm to both of us in the eyes of our families, like your video tried to explain.

Unless you want me to go into the specifics of religions....but I shouldn't really be talking about it to begin with.

It still shouldn't be a problem, a lot of people have married jewish while being Christian  folks and viceversa. For what I know, you are not going to "hell" for doing so. I wish I could say more, but the rules about no religion on all the boards but the pub, prohibits me from doing so.

^^^What about a PM? Would that be alright with you? I know you have certain responsibilities on the boards and all. Just need your permision beforehand.

Hey, Jesus saves, man.

Introduce her to Jesus...and stuff. I'm sure she'll adapt.

It could be worse. You could be a Nazi. Then your religions would REALLY oppose.

You can always start a topic in the pub subforum xD, you are free to discuss your thoughts there.

But Nazi isnt even a religion to begin with...if anything it frowns upon religion. U MAD???

But yeah, I don't think it would be that easy, and I honestly frown upon conversion of religion, even if it is from something else to Christianity. It's like turning away everything you grew up with for something that seems better, and its not right...
