Guest Julius Quasar
You NEED an education. And when you have an education, You get money. And money gets you boobs. Nuff said. Not in this day and age. It's all about who you know that gets you the money and jobs....at least here in America, anyways.

Steve
Take it from me, I did it and I thought I could just work for mcdonalds or some place, but nope. They will choose that 32 year old mexican who will work 2x the hours you will... Yeah, leave it to us, Mexicans and Latinos to get all the jobs around "assaults every fast food with an Engie degree" (I'm of course, joking)

Do you realize how awesome food would be if it were made by engineers? It would have edible gun turrets and be made of edible computer parts, and it would do stuff. A Bachelor's Degree was useful once upon a time, but this is the 21st Century, not the 19th Century or the early 20th century.
Fluxy
I honestly would love to go to college, mainly cause It is hard for me handle some REALLY big D-bags there. *shrugs* Eh, I know some people can deal with it, but it's harder for me. And yeah I know that College will give me some crap, but I am hoping not as much as High school.
Guest Julius Quasar
Sadly, for the most part College is just like taking High School all over again, except you have to pay closer attention....

I just plan on going to community college for now. Not to sure exactly what to do for future. I'm really good at cooking and baking and have won awards for it, So I might go into culinary. But for now, my job at Gamestop is able to hold me on the line of peaceful. Of course that will have to change soon, but it's okay and nice for now. rainfyre66
I'm not a "school person" myself, but my negative viewpoint on college mostly stems from seeing people I know being horribly disappointed because graduating college didn't put them any closer to their dream job than not going to college did, really. And going back to get your masters, isn't that a lot of the time just people continuing their education because they found out going to school works for them rather than working a job? Not to slight anyone that enjoys school, but there are usually "school" people and "work" people...
