Yep, I'm tired of it. If SF Wii does come out. Oh well I'll play a demo somewhere. I'm tired of playing the same game over and over again. Kill Bowser save peach, Repeat. So yep Adios Nintendo Wii :D

Well, there's still VC stuff.

That's true.

If you wait juuuuuuuust a little longer, we may get some titles that we thought would never make it like Donkey Kong 64 and Diddy Kong Racing 64.

But's your choice, if you don't like the games Nintendo has now...thats fine, I will not stop you from getting rid of your Wii.

Heck, I still own a Wii and I don't plan on getting rid of it unless Nintendo created a home-console that supports Wii games and so forth.

I've heard Uncharted/Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls are great games, also PS3 exclusives. I know SOCOM: Confrontation is a great game, as well, and SOCOM 4 is coming out later this year.

I seriously don't know what's up with the hype about Uncharted, the game is basically "do some predictable jumps, avoid falling" on gunfights it gets really repetitive.

Anyways, I don't see why the "wii doesn't have good games" comes from, I can at least mention 20 titles that would be of interest to the normal gamer, and it's not just galaxy or zelda or metroid, or even brawl, there's good stuff for the wii. It's a matter of reading and researching, go out of the box and don't aim for first party titles. But oh well, we can't get them all I guess  :P , I can see enough people doing the same and ditching some good titles anyways, you are not the only one selling the wii to go full ps3.

^Just to say, the original Uncharted was meh, while Uncharted 2 was ZOMG!!!

Seriously though, I got sick of the Wii a LOOOOONGGG time ago, I'm just hangin' on to it for StarFox Wii.

Enjoy getting rid of the oppurtunity to play all of other Nintendo's great games because you're butthurt over a Starfox title.

I'm not butthurt over Starfox nor' could I care if there was one released. It might just fail as hard as Command. >_>

EDIT: I came to a conclusion. G.S. Was only gonna give me 50 BUCK (JHFIURFUIR) So I'll just keep it 'till I spill Coke on it again and it DOESN'T revive =P

It's a wheat, chaff and value for money situation.

I've explained this in more detail before, but the gist is this. Most games on the wii are shovalware crap. Xbox and PC have crap too, but the average quality is better. Whereas it's easy to sort the good from bad, the wii has so much bad it's to expencive to sort through. That's why some sites don't bother with wii anymore.

The second issue is one of quality and price. I can buy a half decent game on wii for around £20-£40, or I can buy a fantastic game on Xbox for under £20. I have never got Silent Hill yet because I can get Alan Wake for the same price, and it's better.

You could just keep your Wii and buy an additional console.

Two consoles = twice as nice.

There's not that many games I like for the Wii :(

Yeah, but thank God for the Virtual Console.  Great way to take you back to the past....to play the $#!%%* games that suck @$$. :P

And, as Sissi pointed out:

Me neither :P Or the PS3 for that matter, but the games that are on it that I want are good enough to make getting one worth it.

^ Win.

I guess it just really depends on the taste. I mean, I had the whole "should I get a 360" thought a couple months ago, but I couldn't come up with more than 5 games I would like. Instead I looked at what the wii still had to offer and I'm still seeing good stuff.

But I can see your point here, I mean, for people that like to buy games every month, the wii really won't fill that hunger.

So anyways, why are you getting rid of your wii? just curious.

Yeah, I also have an Xbox 360 and a Wii, I don't plan on getting rid of any of them.

Have you checked out the other Wii games besides Mario, Zelda, Metroid and etc.?

Monster hunter 3 tri is so far one of the best Wii games to date in 2009, I highly recommended you get it  but the problem is, so many popular or relaesed already Wii games are $40-$50. If you waited a bit, the price could drop down a bit...

Another option to save some money is to buy USED games, because they are cheaper than new games and unlike new games where you open it, you can never get a refund or a exchange, but if you get a used game, you have usually 1 week to return it for a refund or a exchange.
