Mr. Krystal Posted January 11, 2006 Share Posted January 11, 2006 Okay, to recap from the discussion in the Mega Krystal Fanart Sticky: On Monday, January 9, 2006, I released a site that celebrates Krystal. It is fansite that I hope will host the most complete content about Krystal with the exception of dirty stuff. This is because, like this forum, I intended the site for all ages, and my webserver won't allow that kind of stuff. Now, I need all of your help. The site is heavily crippled in the fanfiction area and most occurances of Assault-based information. New fanart is always good too. I also would like your opinions and suggestions for improvements and additions. What do you think of it? I had no idea missing pieces existed! "I'll only join...if you'll kiss me." She said that? I nearly cried...I wonder why they had to cut that out...maybe Rare knew they weren't going to be in charge of the next game and that there was a chance whoever was wouldn't follow their storyline...or something... Still, though! The ending would have been so much better...and I'm one of the few people who actually liked the ending! Mrf, guess that's Nintendo for you...a kiss on the nose is about as romantic as they get with their characters Videos seem to be of good quality, too...although I'm a little afraid to check that last, fan-made one. Yeah, I'll just...stay away from that. Don't get me wrong, I can't stand people who waste everyone's time complaining about her, I just don't really need to know what fans...think of her, heh. Anyway it's easy to find stories about her on fanfiction.net--they added a feature in which you can search by character, in addition to genre and rating. Ironically, one of the more famous fanfics does involve quite a bit of torture...not to mention rape, so it's completely out of the question. It's pretty normal with the "We're Not Gonna Take It" song in the background. Travisfox just says that we aren't going to take people bashing Krystal or us. Edit: Question for you guys: After seeing the loading times on an actual webserver (as opposed to previewing it on my machine), do you think it would be better if I split up the pages more? Would you like it more if all the subcategories on the history, images, audio, and video pages were a separate page? I know this site is really horrible in comparison to some of my other works and I will have to make some changes. I was just so rushed when putting the content in the pages. I'd really like it if someone were to transalte the Assault parody comic...Not much of her in it...but I didn't see Panther or General pepper, at all. They're so cute and quirky looking, though! Mr. Krystal Posted January 14, 2006 Author Share Posted January 14, 2006 The assault comics are working, but unfortunately, Lylat Wing won't let you directly link to the Adventures comic, so I'll have to remove them. That's okay, though, Lylat Wing doesn't own them anyway. I found out what the error is for the DP videos and am correcting it now. Edit: The pictures are still there, it's just that the server doesn't want them linked to from my site. To see them, all you must do is right-click the link, save the address, paste the address into a new window's address bar, and hit enter.
