Marcus picked it up, reading it, then crumpled it in his hand. "Goddamn people of mine... ALWAYS making excuses to leave on a minutes notice!" He looked down to his plate and stuffed his mouth with his burger while looking to the three empty seats near him. As he chewed his burger, he looked down to his lap and slowly rested his hands holding the burger onto the table and swallowed what piece he had in his mouth. "If that's what you want, hun." He then turned back to the his burger, but his mind told him he had enough, so he gave a slight disguested gesture and pushed the plate away slowly. He reached into his coat pocket for his wallet, placed the money needed onto the table, and put his wallet into his pants pocket. After doing all this, he sighed to himself and looked down to Lupe with an easy smirk. "Well, what do ya' want to do now? I'm up for anything." he asked her. He started up the car, put the stick-shift into reverse and backed it up before putting the stick-shift into drive and pulling out of the restaurant.
