Redeemer
FOUND IT! Thanks to Redeemer, I was able to find the show, it was called, "Blazing Dragons" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blazing_DragonsHaha, I thought Wiki would be the first place to go! And for you Reboot fans out there, they're making a movie so keep your eyes on the Mainframe data base website. I hope someone else hasn't said that already. Even have the PS1 game, and when I used to play UT2004 alot, got the evil mummy looking guy with the spikes on his forehead, and called him WebSurferBob, because he reminded me of that part of the series. (Love that Web Surfer Bob was based a bit off PREDATOR)

Megabyte is still cool though.I haven't understood what you mean by that once. To me, if something's good, it's good, if it's bad, it's bad. Reboot was awesome, and while looking at the graphics now it seems cheesy looking, it's still awesome to me.Dragonball Z is the same way, I see someone get vaporized by a Kamehameha or a Gallic Gun, while it may look cheesy, it still doesn't fail to be bad-ass. For example. Megaman 1 had great controls for it's day, but now it's still and restrictive when compared to games like contra. Thundercats still has good stories, but GIJoe is just crazy, and street sharks has no pacing. As a kid we were dumb, and kids of today prefer Ben 10 because, despite me hating it, it is better made then the 80s and 90s shows.EDIT: Let's take the Street Sharks example. Back in the 90s, that was bad arse. Those characters were cool as. These days, they are goofy as what's cool has changed. reboot was all about computers and games, but both have moved on, as well as the technical side of animation, that the early episodes are just painful to watch. Enzo is like 90s kid from Linkara.

You could tell the guys making this show were totally into what they were doing, regardless of the restraints they had to work under. I still like it (with the aforementioned caveat), and I'm more than willing to admit when something doesn't stand the test of time. I don't think that Reboot is one of those things that is unequivocally bad in retrospect. It had its flaws, but you can especially tell in the TV movies that they were making improvement on the technical side. Just because technical abilities and tastes have changed, that doesn't serve to take away from its appeal completely. Otherwise there would be no items of literature or anything else that we would call "classic".
MeestaRyan
I really don't watch much tv, but Invader Zim was freakin awesome. Then they had to cancel it from Nickelodeon because it was too dark for children. Oh how I miss Gir. -_-

Megabyte is still cool though.Megabyte was voiced by the late Tony Jay, who also voices The Elder God from Legacy of Kain. I don't know how they're doing Megabyte for the movie, or if he's even in it, but I'm looking forward to it. Alphnumeric! Argh... Although the series got a little too cheesy for me at times. I know it gets better later on too. By contrast, Gargoyles is still fantastic and they are both from the same year.
Vy'drach
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRcXRiZpxGII had completely forgotten about this show until I found the opening on youtube. While it's not as pure awesome as Swat Kats, it had it's moments (and the characters were just funnier (Blitz is awesome with his pretty-boy attitude and Arnold Schwarzenegger voice).Shame they never released Road Rovers on DVD, or VHS for that matter.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Road_Rovers
