Depends on how many times I eat everyday. Brushing your teeth more than 4 times per day, without any reason will end up wearing your enamel.

I usually do it twice a day with a high end sonic toothbrush and specialty toothpaste.  Back in the day I had pretty poor brushing habits so now I'm kind of forced to do a better job then most people. :P

I have good genetics. I only need to brush once a day and still maintain a higher oral health than my siblings and father who brush more often.

I brush morning and night, unless I'm going out, then I also brush before I leave for fresh breath.
