My Fox Sig.

Four-eyed Vulpine

Recommended Posts

I got this idea today for a signature.  It's not complete yet, but I wanted to post a sample to see what you guys think before it's finished.

Basically it's Fox McCloud morphing into his different renders from the games he's been in.

EDIT--THE NEXT DAY...

Here's the finished version.

That's the part I'm working on.

Star Fox --> Star Fox 64 --> Super Smash Bros. Melee --> Star Fox Adventures --> Star Fox Assault --> Star Fox Command --> Super Smash Bros. Brawl --> Repeat.

Don't forget SSB (Super Smash Bros 1)

Its fairly easy, especially if you are using adobe Image ready.

I thought the SF64 and SSB renders were identical, or at least VERY similar.

And no, I don't plan on using *this*...

You can, actually. GIMP is capable of animating GIFs - and it's free.

And yes, the banner is most cool. :)

Is it honestly any worse than his Assault/Command/Brawl designs?

Beauty is in eye of the beholder.  And apparently so is ugliness.

Personally, I think the SSB instruction manual rendition of Fox looks the worst.

Well... yeah it is. But his color scheme in Assault was arguably the worst of all Assault's costumes (Holiday Fox!), and his designs in Command/Brawl hardly even resemble a FOX any more.

The transitions are a bit fast, and having the Adventures logo chopped up into two pieces on either side is a bit weird visually, but otherwise it's super. :)

Well, I guess I could slow it down to something slower than 1 second per rendition (including the 0.2 second transition), but the splitting of the Adventures logo was necessary due to space and attempting to keep its size somewhat relative to that of the other game logos.

Well I still don't see why you can't have the whole logo on one side, but whatever. XD

Probably because the Fox character image needs to transition from left to right, and doing that would require it to be moved over, breaking the continuity.
