Guest Scorpion03
PS3 completely, it has free online And its way better than the 360, except for the games I would be interested to know where the ps3 becomes better than the 360, the 360 has better games as u mentioned, its got a better controller layout, and also when you break down how each system uses its power i think you will find that the xbox 360 makes a better use of its processors and graphics card... Overall i think you will find microsoft definately made a more suitable system than sony who have very little experience when it comes to computers. (which is basically what these things are these days). That said the Wii is better built and overall a better machine than all the others, for a very limited output they make very good use of it and have some of the more 'interesting' games. Sapphire
lol riiiiight.... youre not joking about the games are you?...... ...........................Well yeah. I mean pretty much the only good games around for PS3 are COD. But the Xbox has like Halo and Gears of War And I ? Call of duty! The games are a matter of opinion, although Sony does have overall better exclusives (Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Killzone, Little Big Planet, etc). The controller layout is also a matter of opinion, as it can be debatable that the 360 controller is just a ps3 controller with a new shell and displaced analog stick. Another opinion on processing power. Look at the graphics, physics and overall game worlds of Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 versus any other 360 exclusive, and I think we see a difference. Sony also has more experience in video games and many other devices, like sound chips, than Microsoft. DISCLAIMER: crazyfooinc is NOT a SONY fanboy, he prefers his classic consoles (see signature) versus anything else.
Guest Scorpion03
Yes, but a perfect example of bad layout is that the ps3 has a load of processors, but theyre all specific, they can only do certain jobs, they have no form of interaction and cannot support the other chips. Meaning, yes it probably has better sound, but if one chip is struggling it will not support that chip at a small cost to the sound quality. It also has better graphics but theyre completely dedicated so they cannot be used to support memmory etc etc... overall as a small scale computer it is useless, compared to the xbopx which has interaction between all the major chips. As for specific games that playstation have released they have been nothing special, uncharted 2 was just more repetition of uncharted 1, little big planet was just horrific (but i dont like that sort of game so my opinion here is biassed), admitedly i do like killzone, its one of the reasons ive still got my ps3. I also agree that controller layout is a matter of opinion, i find the 360 controller more comfortable, i tend to get aches in my fingers and wrist after playing the ps3 for long periods.
