Sapphire
Well...I really don't think this is the time for another RP mod, that should be discussed elsewhere probably I don't know I'm just sayin...This topic is for Staff Improvements, not for electing RP mods... ;)
Scott7
DRL Probably would Turn out to be a Good RP Mod. Though I wouldn't mind Taking the Position Myself, But Really Thats the Staff's Decision to make not mine...
Guest DRL
I would also like DRL as an RP mod. However, your only 'problem' to deal with is, well.... *points to your topic in the time clock*That is... Long ago over to be honest. My mother decided to 'lift' the punishmentshe had on my brother, and thus I was leftinmediately able to be as active as I was.Plus, there are some more days of WinterBreak left.DRL Probably would Turn out to be a Good RP Mod. Though I wouldn't mind Taking the Position Myself, But Really Thats the Staff's Decision to make not mine... Thank you, but yeah.

Guest DRL
Seconded. Please keep it on topic people. 'Auton-Order Acknowledged'.Well, I have no other issues in mind -for now at least - and everything seemsto be going FAIRLY on course. There are some members who continueto act like dummies, more-or-less, butas I see it they are being watched closely. Guest DRL
That wasn't nice It was NOT directed at you.Recently I had an argument(or more properly, a discussion)with a member that hijackedanother member's thread.
DZComposer
The RP mod position will be filled via the standard policy. We've made some rush appointments lately, and I really don't like doing it that way.

Asper Sarnoff
In the absence of a RP moderator, the full mods will be making sure things run smoothly. I for one won't be able to read trough all of the countless roleplaying posts that come in, so it's crucial that you manage to know when situations are slipping out of hand, and call for mod assistance.YES.This is about the only problem I run into. I've run into quite a few debate "spar" partners, only to have someone or another come in and make a big deal of it, flailing their arms, yelling not to fight, and occasionally calling mods. This of course kicks my defense into gear and things generally get worse from there or, worst case scenario, the perfectly good debate is killed outright. I'll admit to having done that a couple of times. Due to past experiences with raging flamewars starting all to often of peacefull discussions, I tend to step in and just say that the participants should keep things civil, and later keep an eye on that thread to make sure it doesn't turn to hot for comfort. I've later started to make more exceptions to this, particularly with some members who have proved themself able to avoid turning discussions into flamewars, you being one of them. "User"
I receive a 10% warning level for what I said to a member on a thread, and said member sends me a PM hate mail, and gets off with no warning? I find that unjust. I did apologize to that member, but it's clear where I rate here.I was wrong for what I said to that member, but that member responding with a nastier message and picking a fight with me via PM is no better.Like I said via PM. That situation has been taken of. Equality and being impartial mods are something we take seriously. You may have gotten a warning (which will be gone within 48 hours) but that doesn't mean the other party hasn't been "taken care of". Milkyway64
What do the last five or so posts have to do with this topic? That's PM stuff, not something you drop in an improvements thread so everyone can see how evil a (mostly) annonymous person is...
Sapphire
Should this be a thread/sticky? Just wondering. Because there's always room for a comment on Staff Improvements. I mean, maybe there's not any now but I'm almost positive that there will be in the future. :)

Milkyway64
Still flawwed, ordinary human beings nonetheless. That power of regulation is the only thing separating them from us, and if they can't listen to the opinions of their people then honestly they shouldn't have their power.
