Inuyasha
I bring in Firefox, and a friend of mine has a giant multi-Windows shortcut library, ranging from volume control to Pinball. They -really- can't stop anyone who tries from doing anything. Heck, they even watch you, but...they enable task manager...so all you've gotta do is end the process (once you've found it via googling), and you're home free. I do believe they've got a porn filter or something, but I haven't bothered to check. If it's anything like my middle school, it'll just be terribly inefficient and block only sites everyone knows about. -Inuyasha
Orbital Fox
Our computer's teacher has eyes in the back of her head, I wouldn't try it.
HavikFox
I wouldn't try something like that either. In 11 grade they expect you to be more mature than that. 8)

Inuyasha
That's not the point. And besides, they block stuff like funnyjunk. Not like it's exactly a docile site, but it doesn't revolve around that, either. They recently got new computers in the library. Nice, 3.2GHz Pentium machines with XP and NTFS. Mind-blowing technology compared to the Computer Science lab's dinky 1.5GHz Pentium machines that CAN run XP and have FAT32. Not like the library's new computers are anything too special in the REAL world, but it's possibly the most powerful machine I have access to.... Well...nevermind. We've got an AMD Athlon 64-bit 2.xGHz laptop with NTFS and an nVidia GC...though I'm not allowed to use it (long story). >< And they block sites they don't want with a crappy little Proxy server, which you can actually configure Firefox to not use.
