Ultraman

I wanted to start this since I have been an Ultraman fan for quite some time.  If you don't give two cents about what or who this is, then don't bother posting.  I'm having a hard time dealing with stress as it is and I DO NOT want to see someone posting anything negative about how childish the series is and was mostly aimed at the Kid's group.  Maybe some of us, even teens and young adults, like the series because it has a background and is interesting seeing the creatures they introduce.

I grew up with a certain Ultraman back in the 2000's named "Ultraman Tiga" whenever I was still in Elementary School.  I didn't know about the other Ultramen until this year whenever I stumbled across a WHOLE ENTIRE list of them ranging back to the 1960's/1970's -- I don't recall.  Anyways, the series is still going on with a new movie in the works and I am about to receive a DVD via shipping of Ultraman Nexus, and it's a little bit complicated to explain the story.

Basically, they come from a distant planet of Ultraman and can only assume the form of a human or disguise themselves inside a human since they are Godzilla sized, and cannot stay exposed for too long on the surface since Earth doesn't have the energy they require to stay alive and active.  So, as a result, they do as I stated. 

Anyways, if you like/heard of the series, then post your thoughts.  If not, then just ask who they are and anything else.  Other than that, mind your own business because seeing redundant negative posts is a waste of typing power.

I personally haven't seen many episodes of it, But from the episodes I have seen, and have heard of, it is a pretty cool show. I would probably see the movie if/when it comes out. :)

Well, the only Ultraman I know is the Japanese superhero thing .  If that's what we're talking about, then I'm happy .

I think I've seen them on "Takishi's Castle" Episodes a couple of times (Yes, crazy japaneese game-shows ) never seen the show myself though.

Just imagine one Power Ranger that can change his attributes to Power, Speed, or Omni (both), uses Karate-like moves, along with fighting gigantic monsters that look cool (and sometimes utmost ridiculous), using beams by doing certain arm motions, and being the size of skyscrapers all at the same time.
