Background:

Born and raised on Cornerian soil, Zeke has always aspired to do better for himself, and for his community. He had shown interest in weaponry and fighting at an early age, and this small interest only grew over the years. He enrolled in the military at eighteen and remained enlisted for several years. After his return to Corneria, he joined the city's police department, where he has remained ever since. He enjoys his chosen line of work profusely.

Strengths:
Zeke remains, for the most part, calm under stress. He harbors superior ballistic weapon skills, is a fairly good brawler, and can be agile when the circumstance calls for it. He adapts to changing situations rather well, and will notice small details. He is most definitely a team player.

Weaknesses:
The levels of compassion that Zeke originally had have taken a noticeable downturn - his view of the world is relatively bleak and has been negatively influenced by the atrocities an individual in his occupation will encounter.

Personality:

Zeke has a very outgoing personality, but he can be serious when the situation calls for it. He can be somewhat stubborn at times. He is a definite team player and can accomplish many things with the proper help. The fox adores food and enjoys joking around with others.

Appearance:
The color of his fur reflects the normal scheme of the species. He has mostly reddish-orange fur, with a large white area of fur on his chest leading up toward his muzzle. Dark brownish areas lead from his hands up to his elbows, as well as from his feet to his knees.

double-action laser pistol

sorry for my Gun Nuttism but, isn't double action a term exclusively for revolvers?  Meaning with one pull of the trigger the hammer snaps forward and also pulls itself back

Actually, the term is applicable to both, as semi-auto pistols do repeat with each pull of the trigger, they're considered double-action. .  Thanks for the moment of gun nuttism by the way :D

Background: Sasha was brought into the world in a very turbulent time in Lylat. The war was raging, and normal civilian life was nearly impossible. Little is known about her past, parents, relations, or relatives, as most of these records were destroyed in bombing raids. She still holds the memories of her past close, but has never given a clue to anyone about that chapter in her life. With little else to do as the war ended, she became a career criminal, starting with petty theft, and then working her way farther and farther up the ladder. She gained many skills from this time but eventually hopes to have a simple life, but knows that is nearly impossible during today's time.

Clothing:
Sasha has made it a habit of wearing tight-fitting, dark clothing, although casual wear is always an option for her.

Strengths:
With her past combat skills in the crime underworld, fighting is never a problem for her. She works quite well under pressure, and can hide her inner emotions quite well. Stealth is a major area that she excels in, especially silent takedowns. Sasha also surprisingly has some other unique skills, cooking is one of her specialties. She has a knack for puzzle-solving, and is a great climber.

Weaknesses:
She isn't the best when it comes to handling much heavier and larger foes, and can often get in over her head without realizing it. Sasha can also be quite insensitive at times, not realizing that she could be completely angering or disappointing someone. Piloting is definitely not one of her specialties, as she never actually had to or attempted to fly any type of air vehicle. Dealing with injuries or wounds properly is also not one of her strong points.

Personality:
Sasha usually carries a neutral personality around, and also is known for hiding her true emotions. However, if she feels it is important enough, she will definitely show her true feelings.

[Here's another character profile; this one is much shorter and works off of an older character template. This profile had been sitting around for a bit and went unposted until now! ]

Name: Carmelita "Carma" Moore
Species: Golden Retriever

Home: Corneria - Rural/Outskirts

Personality: Kind, compassionate, and caring. She is usually understanding and will most likely forgive rather than hold grudges.

Background: Carmelita spent most of her life on Corneria; she had what was considered a normal upbringing with a few snippets of rough patches here and there. As she neared eighteen, she began to take life a bit more seriously and began to study in medicine. Unable to afford the total sum of the tuition, however, she took several jobs that came her way, even the more unsavory ones. Her goals are high, and she does indeed hold the determination to achieve them!

Identifying Marks/quirks: Nothing worth noting, though the fur on Carmelita's ears are a bit darker than her coat.

Fur - Long and soft, average for the breed.

Occupation: Bartender/Waitress; it's a start for now, though eventually this Golden would like to move onto bigger and better things.

Bio:
Ajax was born during a time of peace on Fortuna. He was fortunate enough to be on good terms with most of his family and always attempts to check on them and visit them; they certainly played an important role in his life. In his younger days he always admired the drone of various aircraft that routinely passed overhead, but especially that of the helicopter. As time went on he pursued other interests on Fortuna, none of which he enjoyed greatly. With the blessing of his parents, he took a trip to Corneria for further study in the aeronautical industry; he now resides there and continues to make a career as a general technician specializing in helicopters. He has also obtained his civilian/commercial pilot's license for the operation of these craft and is quite good at what he does.

Personality:
Ajax has a very laid-back and casual personality that is rarely interrupted. He almost always keeps his cool and is not known for any outbursts or overzealous anger. He mostly keeps to himself although he can be quite friendly around others.

Strengths:
General handyman and piloting skills; he's quite the expert at what he does. In addition, he can usually keep his cool under most circumstances, and isn't one to yell to get points across. Ajax always enjoys playing the role of the negotiator rather than the fighter, and will usually attempt to talk his way out of adverse circumstances. (Though he can still hold his own in a brawl.) He is quite a friendly person to be around and treats his friends and family with the utmost respect.

Weaknesses:
His cool demeanor can sometimes work against him, especially if others are attempting to antagonize him. Although he can fight rather well, his easy-going nature can sometimes be interpreted as cowardice, and his lack of will to injure someone makes him a target. He is definitely one to hold grudges against someone and can also be quite the workaholic.

Occupation(s):
Anything that he can find; primarily dealing in manual labor and oftentimes crossing over into fixing things regardless of field. 

Fur (i.e. Colorings, Patterns, Etc):
Normal for the species, tri-colored black, white, and rust-brown. [see Picture link next to "species"]

Miscellaneous
Ajax currently drives a red 1966 Ford-F150 pickup truck.
