John Hammond was now wondering

if his guests - of varied proffesions -

were expecting a 'Dino-Hunt' instead

of a 'Dino-Park'.

Dr. Ian Malcolm was just as worried

as the passagers of the other cars,

except that he did show it or expected

weapons, neither.

Dr. Grant was still amazed at the fact

that he was seeing living dinosaurs - he

had studied their fossils for a long time, and

now he had a chance to see them, eye to eye,

as with the T-Rex. He wondered how many

species of dinosaurs would be in the park.

On his part, Mr. Ronald Gennaro, althrough

sceptical at first, now wondered how much money

they could make with the park - so even if there

was no accident at all, he could still make a good

deal of money as well.

Meanwhile, Deckér was felling like he was 'GrEaT'.

He was sitting next to Falco, and had seen the T-Rex.

Having been a human himself on the past, the dinos

caused as much impression on him as they did

on Dr. Grant.

Interlocke, on the other hand, was interested in

them, but in the 'knowledgeable' way. Not all

of the creatures were 'beatyful' or 'nice' in any

way, but she still had interest in them.

'And to think that we're out of fuel, we're sooo dead when danger comes', a worried Azul thought.

For the first time, Slippy stared awestruck at the park.  He was visibly impressed, and completely surprised at the dinosaurs.  Nevertheless, he always kept his guard up.

'All right...there is no way I am going weaponless, I'll just have to find a key or a card to get inside that armory...' Norman thought, feeling a little mad after hearing about the weapons being locked down...

Thunder finally stood up, and, yelling over to Azul, "Keep your guard up!"

Azul stood up, too, but he was facing Thunder, not the direction the cars were going, and suddenly a large tree branch caught Azul.

"Ouch!"

In two seconds Azul is hanging from the tree branch, surprisingly able to hold his weight.

The cars quietly made their way to the Visitor's

Center. Once there, John Hammond announced

"We have reached the Visitor's Center, were our

tour will begin." He waited until everyone was out

of the cars; after that, he led the group inside.

The Visitor's Center entrace ceiling looked more

or less like a museum: Replicas of dinosaur fossils

were seen all over it. Some replicas of ambarite stones,

containing something inside, could be seen as well as

minatures of dinosuars in strands. There was also the

usual place for buying ticket's; obviously there was

nobody there for the fact that the park was still not open

to the public, yet still shined from how clean it was.

Logos with the letters 'JP' could be seen all over the place,

as well the words that were contained in the acronym.

It took them sometime before Azul was safe on ground again. Then together he and Thunder went inside the Visitors' Center to admire it's glamorous brilliance.

"It must've cost a small fortune to build this park and research the dinosaurs!", Slippy exclaimed, impressed much more than before.

"Slippy, did you get the photos of the dinosaurs we saw? Morgan claims there is at least 200 hundred species..." Norman whispered, making sure he didn't get lost in the group...

"Yeah Norman, I got the pictures," Slippy replied.  "I still can't believe there are even 200 species here, that must've taken some serious work!"

"Good, sooner or later, we're gonna find a way to get inside the locked armory...no matter what the consequences are." Norman whispered, making sure nobody was listening to him...

"You're right Norman.  As great as this place is, I wouldn't trust their defenses 100%, as we are the first group coming here.", Slippy replied, while formulating a plan.

"What's all this talk about armories anyway?  Doesn't that seem kind of pessimistic?  I doubt that anything bad is going to happen." Arashikage stated to nobody in particular as he sat back and looked at the park as they drove on(referring to the talk by the plane)

"Well, the dinos are cool and everything..." Thunder started

"But as Thunder said earlier, they can be out-of-control anytime", Azul continued

"Maybe we shouldn't have kept our weapons at home"

"Because we might need weapons anytime"

"And our fuel's kaput"

"..So we can't get anyone out here and save anyone if necessary", Azul finished.

try to stay with the group. If

something happens, you will probably

not want to be blamed for it

'What was Sarah thinking?! Stop thinking about weapons for 5 minutes?!? Well...nobody is gonna convince me to stop thinking about weapons' Norman thought, eating his dinner...

"Hey Hammond, do you happen to have any thorntails or cloudrunners here?" Norman asked, making a joke.

(I reeally don't need to explain what is a thorntail or cloudrunner)

(I did expect you to want the visitor centre tour before going for dinner, as seen in my last post. But see as there is no reason why it can't be switched around, we can do it this way.

Oh, and Mr.Nintendo, I said 200 animals in total, not species. I think DRL and I have agreed on around 20 various species of dinosaurs so far. Most of which you'll meet as the roleplay progresses.)

The hyena technician looked up from the monitor and stumped his cigarette in his ashtray as Morgan bursted into the control room trough the door. "You look like a Brach' took a diarrhea dump in your ear Morg'. Is there a probl..." The technician, Arnold, shut up as he saw Morgans serious face.

"I need you to run a count on the raptors. Now!" He grumbled as he walked by him. Arnold just shrugged his shoulders and typed in a few commands on his keypad.

"The raptor pen is the enclosure with the largest percentage of ground covered by sensors. We should have a valid count up in a few minutes." He mumbled, having brought the cigarette up to his mouth again and was now chewing on the end of it. The screen changed and now displayed the following words in green on the black background:

Veliciraptor Enclosure: Assumed: 8 Found: 0

Slowly at first, the number of animals was counted up as the raptors passed by the advanced sensors placed into and around their enclosure. The system was capable of separating even between the various species they held. But that was unnecessary in this case. The raptors were held alone, separated from the rest of the dinosaurs, and that for a very good reason.

After a couple of minutes, the screen finally stabilised itself.

Veliciraptor Enclosure: Assumed: 8 Found: 8

All animals accounted for!

Morgan breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed like it was his mind that had been playing him a trick out there. They only kept 8 Raptors in the park, and they were all now safely inside their pen.

"On another note." Arnold started. "The weather forecast say the storm that hit us yesterday has turned around and will come over again tomorrow evening. Grown considerably in strength since then, into a bloody hurricane." Morgan nodded to signal he had got it. "No matter, we knew the tropical weather was unpredictable when we first built here. Everything is made to handle such winds with ease." He looked outside the window again, at the sun about to set beyond the horizon, spreading its rays of orange, red and pink over the evening sky.
