Gearhart looked at his meal, and rubbed his head. "Seriously, people, can we be NOT freaked out about weapons, how safe this place is, if we can sue them, or what there is to do? Sure, I had my worries and doubts, but this is practically like a vacation! Well, for me at least, I don't know what it is to you guys!" He said while turning to the rest of the table and people. "The more we keep worrying about stuff like the fences dying, or if we can kill them, things OUT of OUR control, we will at one point become paranoid. And I personally would like to keep this to a nice break." He finished and pushed his plate aside. He drank some water, but that was it for him.

(I know most of that was a couple posts back, but I was gone yesterday sadly, so that is his response to it.)

Gearhart took note of the girl who sided with him. At least I'm not the only one. He thought as he continued to rub his head.

Gearhart was seated alone near the back  of the room.

Deckér tried to sit next to Slippy

or Falco, whoever he could sit-next-to

first.

Interlocke took a far seat in a quiet,

shadowy corner. Above her was suppose

to be a light, but somehow it was forgotten

or broken. She looked at Arashikage, as

if inviting him.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ian Malcolm, Dr. Grant

and Mr. Ronald Gennaro took a table

to eat togheter, and had a chat about

the basics of the Chaos Theory, the

Dinosaurs, and how-to-sue-a-police-officer.

John Hammond looked at his guests for a moment.

"He, he, I see you were hungry! Well, feel free to

eat as much as you want. Today, it is pre-opening

special. House invites." He said, making a smile.

'What was Sarah thinking?! Stop thinking about weapons for 5 minutes?!? Well...nobody is gonna convince me to stop thinking about weapons' Norman thought, eating his dinner...

"Hey Hammond, do you happen to have any thorntails or cloudrunners here?" Norman asked, making a joke.

(I reeally don't need to explain what is a thorntail or cloudrunner)

Then he turned to Norman. He had no idea

what the anthro fox was talking about, althrough

he tried to sound firm.

"No, no - only dinosaurs recreated from planet

Earth." He told Norman.

Then he took a seat next to Dr. Grant, and

joined the chat the scientists and the lawyer

were having.

Arashikage sits next to Interlocke "So why did you say that you feel like these dinosaurs sometimes?"

"Wow...HOW COULD I THINK OF WEAPONRY AT A TIME LIKE THIS?!?", Slippy thought as he stared, mouth watering, at the beautiful spread of food that lay before him.

(Time to stop small talk )

Falco sighed. "Well yeah. the food is pretty good..but.." he looked at Slippy.  "As much as all this is very fascinating about these dinos..I got a hunch that something's gonna go wrong. I don't know why, but I just do.  That Malcom guy seems to be going on about something about how 'life breaks through barriers'.  seems more than just small talk.."

The twins are getting suspicious now. Over 10 species of dinosaurs, and weapons, even for self-defense, are prohibited?

"I think the guy won't care if we all get killed", Thunder said, but not loud enough so Hammond won't hear.

Arashikage sits next to Interlocke "So why did you say that you feel like these dinosaurs sometimes?"

"It is a long story; I do not

feel like explaining it all now...

But I will tell you the key points.

Basically, I was thaught to be his

succesor. He wanted me to be just

like him; a order-maniac, follow the

law-to-the-letter type. He was also

Highlord's, my homesystem, Security

Chief, and you can only imagine how

safe that planet was. However, I was

taught to understand computers in

every way from an early age. One day,

we had a quarrel. I told him that I did

not want to become like him; I did not

like his ways. As a mockery, I joined..."

Making a pause, she was not sure if or not

trust Arashikage. For now, she decided to

keep that 'vital' information secret. She continued.

"...I joined a faction of Highlord that was more-or-less

his opposition, and thus tarnishing his reputation

a bit. Shortly I left the system, and have been been

working as a... 'Advanced Programmer' since then."

She sighted as she ended that last part of her story.

It was not true at all, but she surely sounded convincing.

She then ordered nothing but a drink; somehow she felt

thristy after that.

Norman sighed a little bit sadly, just sitting there...no weapons, even if someone told him to forget about being weapon-less, there was still a sign that Norman could hack inside the armory...

"Yeah, the only thing we eat... er, drink.. are fuel"

"..And we're drinking them for over 18 years now.."

*sigh* "One of the disadvantages of being a robot.."

*sigh* "Unable to eat", Azul finished.

After that they took seats on the long dining table.

"Good point."Tala replied sitting down. "But I still am a little shaky about being near carnivours larger than me."

"Bigger Doesn't always Mean Better..." Sarah Noted Before reaching over the table to get a Warm Biskit From a Basket in the center. "I remember reading in a School Text Book once that many of them weren't very Smart. One of those heavily armored one's Brain is no bigger then an Egg..."

"So they may be pretty easy to outsmart" She noted Before taking a bite...

'Needs Butter...' She thought, but didn't see a dish with any on the Table...

A Robotic being noticed Azul and Thunder and aproached

them. "Hello!" He said candidly. "I suppose you are the

only robot-comrades around?" He asked, still candidly.

Meanwhile, Deckér was enjoying his food. He would have

asked Slippy or Falco something, but he was too busy

eating. He remembered he had not asked for Falco's

autograph yet: It would be his priority to get it as

fast as possible... As soon as he finished eating his meal.

Interlocke remained silent after she explained Arashikage

a more-or-less true version of her past.

At the "human's table" - as Deckér would call it - the

four Earthlings were having a rather interesting discussion.

'Wonder when we'll ever get to the arcade or meeting the dinosaurs...' Norman thought, waiting for everyone to finish their meals...

them.

John Hammond waited for everyone to finish

their meals, but seeing as his human friends had

finished already, he stepped up, called for everybody's

attention, and then spoke:

"Well, I see you are all enjoying or enjoyed your meals.

Good!; but now I have something important to tell you.

I have yet to show you the rest of the park, but InGen

wants to know what it's guests think. We

will have a chat later in the Meeting Room; it is just

from the hallway outside this restaurant to the right,

you can not get lost. If you do not want to take part

in our meeting, very well, you will be shown your quarters.

If you have any questions or doubts, be it of security, higiene,

or even the food we serve here, feel free to join. Thank you."

He then waited a few moments, after which Ian Malcolm, Alan

Grant, Ronald Gennaro and John Hammond himself left for

the Meeting Room.

"So, I'm guessing that this 'he' would be your father?" Arashikage said to Interlocke

After listening to Hammond's speech,

she turned to Arashikage.

"Well... Are you going to this 'meeting'?"

She asked.

"I don't know, I wasn't listening, what's it about?"

"I don't know, I wasn't listening, what's it about?"

"The guy in the white suit, 'John Hammond',

wants to know what we think about this little trip

so far, before we go to sleep. We can go to his

meeting, and - ask him whatever we want, or tell

him whatever we want for the matter - or we can

go to our rooms directly." Explained quickly the

red/black vixen.

"Oh, okay, well, I guess I will go, are you going?" Arashikage asked the vixen

Meanwhile, almost every human

that was sitting with Hammond left

after he did so; their destination was

obvious - the Meeting Room.

The only who decided to stay behind

was the lawyer, who had opened his

portfolio and shown a few legal documents

to the people sitting with him; he gathered

all of his stuff and then headed for the

Meeting Room.

Tala handed Sarah teh buttoer taking aorll for hersel she  put butter and honey in the middl befoer smushing the two halfs together. "True but  that doens't always give the smaller ones the advantage."
