This pic is for the first scene where Wolf and Leon moved into an apartment. Don't let the background fool you. The apartment is in a bad area in Corneria City since that was all they could afford. So I drew Andross without any references. I finally was able to get a new scanner (all the other hand drawn pics I've posted I took a picture of the drawing with my iPod)so I'm probably going to be posting a lot of hand drawn pictures...
