Yes, smarts have everything to do with who would come out on top. Humans are, physically, one of the weakest species on the planet, completely unsuited for survival here. We're top of the food chain, though. Why is that? Because we adapted and learned how to cover our weaknesses. Mario is, physically, inferior to Bowser. However, his superior mind, and the ability to see his weaknesses and compensate for them, will always trump brute force. It's this intelligence that leads to Mario using Fire Flowers, or to riding a Yoshi on a cavalry charge through Bowser's hordes, or to grabbing Bowser by his tail and throwing him into a bomb. Mario is able to use his surroundings to his advantage, fighting smarter instead of harder, and winning.

You say he should 'teach Peach some moves,' but bear in mind that Peach is a princess, and thus is most likely refuses to learn self-defense due to the fact that she shouldn't have to. Of course, the fact that he doesn't teach Peach how to fight says nothing for how much better than Bowser he is, since this debate has nothing to do with Peach at all. As for Weegee, he's arguably more of a badass than Mario, being able to jump higher and such. Yes, he's quite the wuss, but again, that has nothing to do with how awesome Mario is.

Yes, he is a reptile thing. He's a giant fire breathing turtle. And that's why it's even more embarrassing that he repeatedly loses to a fat plumber. He'll do anything he can think of to win, but so will Mario, and Mario is infinitely more adept at winning than our good pal Bowser. i agree with u in some parts but in the peach sitchuation, if SHE were smart but bowser WILL do anything to win he doesnt care how dangerous or how tragic something happens to him or any1 else. he has his eyes on 1 goal (obviously) to beat mario & in some cases bowser has beaten mario but wat evry1 pays attention to is the final boss. mario beats bowser but in mario galaxy, bowsers wins in the beginning. so ya mario wins in the end but bowser wins evrytime

& btw no i will nvr surrender

Whether or not Bowser will do anything to win is irrelevant - despite this fact, he doesn't win. Maybe it's sort of noble or something, but we're not arguing over whether or not he's willing to do anything to win. Yes, he has beaten Mario occasionally, but as I have said before, that is where Mario's true strength comes through: he is able to assess the situation, see what Bowser did to beat him, and find a way around it.

I never said Mario had a perfect streak; he has lost to Bowser before. He always comes back, though, and kicks his ass even harder. Do you know why people only pay attention to the final boss fight? Because that's all that matters. If I'm playing a Halo deathmatch to 25 and get 24 kills without dying and then someone else wins, then they win. It doesn't matter how hard I owned the rest of the players. The game recognizes whoever wins as the winner.

Lol@ taking cracked seriously. It's a comedy website. However, I'll do my best to deconstruct this argument as well, just to humor you.

5. Job Satisfaction

Well, first let me point out that no matter how satisfied Bowser is with his job, he still gets the shit kicked out of him on a regular basis. In any case, satisfaction is purely subjective and cannot be measured without surveys or something, and since we can't survey any of the game characters, this argument is null and void.

4. Personal Life

Once again, personal life has almost nothing to do with this, and to be quite truthful, we know very little of either of these characters' personal lives. Bowser kidnaps Peach, Mario saves her. We get glimpses of their personal lives here and there, but once again, even if this argument were relevant, we don't know nearly enough about it to make anything other than wild guesses.

3. Learning from Mistakes

I direct your attention back to my previous arguments about how Mario will always win because he can learn from his mistakes and adapt his fighting style to fit the situation. Bowser wins once? Mario finds out how, nullifies/outdoes/steals whatever Bowser did, and Mario wins. Next.

2. Total Immunity

Bullshit written for comedy purposes. If he had immunity of any kind, Mario wouldn't be able to do anything to him. Diplomatic immunity is lol because there basically is no law in the Mushroom Kingdom besides Mario's Italian wrath, and it gets unleashed on Bowser on a regular basis.
