The Lylat Luxury Hotel: Part 4

The tiger's ear twitched again.  'So I -was- right...somewhat...'  Again, he couldn't help but feel a small pang of emotion when Flux scooted closer to Aria.

'But...since when?'

He decided to ask the question out loud.

"But Flux, since when?"

Flux hid the small grin that wanted to show; He liked to make Cel feel bad, but also didn't at the same time. "Since what?" He looked at Aria, and then to Cel. "Aria? Just a day ago." He said with a smile that would rile him up a tiny bit, but showed Flux was perfectly calm.

Now Cel was really confused.  'I didn't know--...I didn't know he went -both- ways...'  Bringing a smile to his own muzzle, the tiger seemingly happily nodded.  "Well then, I'm happy for you.  Way to be."

He's happy?! How... How dare he... Flux thought angrily, then it turned to a more sad thought. "Well, what can I say. I thought, 'Heck. I might as well let someone who likes me show it.' And here we are now." Flux said, trying to get one last bit out of Cel, although he expected that it might not work.

"Damn....it all looks too good", Zeke joked to himself, taking a plate back to a table and salivating over it before digging in.  All the different tastes were beautiful.

He's happy?! How... How dare he... Flux thought angrily, then it turned to a more sad thought. "Well, what can I say. I thought, 'Heck. I might as well let someone who likes me show it.' And here we are now." Flux said, trying to get one last bit out of Cel, although he expected that it might not work.

'Dang it...Stupid wolf...No, no, he's not stupid...but if he's gonna be that way, fine.'

"Like I said, I'm happy for you.  Now you can Aria can be together just like me and Bri are." he threw a meaningful glance at the ligress, and although his feelings towards her were sincere, a lot of it was done out of competitive spite.  Cel still liked Flux, so he couldn't help but be a little jealous.

"Like I said, I'm happy for you.  Now you can Aria can be together just like me and Bri are." he threw a meaningful glance at the ligress, and although his feelings towards her were sincere, a lot of it was done out of competitive spite.  Cel still liked Flux, so he couldn't help but be a little jealous.

Flux could see a small ting of emotion in the glance. Not sincerer, but more of a forced glance. This made Flux a bit happier, but still hurt him inside. He began to come to his senses that he was purposely trying to hurt Cel for no reason other than the innate jealousy of Bri. Not only did she have Cel, a leading factor, but she had much more. Bri most likely could take Flux down in a fight. She obviously had more bravery than him. Hell, to Flux, Bri was the better version of him by five times, and was a woman. He could easily see more reason of why Cel might have liked Bri more, other than just she was the first to love him.

As he came to this realization, the smile instantly wiped off his face as a more saddened impression came upon him. He was being horrible. He acted without thinking towards Aria, and now how could he explain to her he still just was not into her that way. He started acting towards Cel the way he never wanted to in the first place. As much as he wanted to keep his promise to Cel, he still felt like calling himself a failure; He although restrained since Cel was there.

He gave Aria a soft kiss on the lips, rubbed her back, and stood; making sure to throw a fake smile out, that could most likely be interpreted as 'Fake' by only Cel. "I hate to leave you guys here like this, after this short amount of time, but I don't think I would make the best company right now. I will see you all later." He said with a slight nod as he turned, ready to walk away.

"Wow...these chef's sure know how to cook!", Zeke joked, licking his lips and tidying up before he began to exit the room.  "Hmm...what's eating him?", he thought, noticing the stranger that had talked to him earlier.

Maybe he did.  Maybe he had been the one.

Although not entirely, Flux's smile helped to confirm it.  "Alright...I'll see you later then, Flux."

Sarah Had begun to fill a drinking glass with water from the sink in the Kitchen Since her mouth easily became dry during the night. When it became full she turned the faucet to the right and the flow of tap water had stopped. Though it did quench her thirst, It Wasn't enough to call it breakfast...

She slightly open the Door to See If Airi or Krystal were up or not, Since she really didn't want to head downstair's on her own like she did the day before. Which was a bit rude...

The young, white-furred vixen's ears perked when she thought she heard the door open.  She was quietly sitting on the bed, already dressed.  Smiling, she got up and hurried to the hybrid's side.  "Can we go eat?"

"Of Course Sweety" She replied with a smile as She Took Airi's hand and Gave her Light kiss on her head. "Sleep alright?"

Arashikage walks out of the infirmary and goes to walk around the halls 'I wonder what Sasha is up to' He thought

Flux and Aria were still right at the table with Cel and Bri.
