I decided to make this thread because I wanted to experiment. And that experiment is to provide artwork to people who request it, while developing my writing skills in the process. In fact the main reason I am doing this is to improve my writing skill.

Thus, I decided to let people request what kind of short story they want, and I'll write it. The stories are SHORT, being about a few pages long (without paragraph breaks). It is on a first come, first serve basis. To request a story, it is recommended you use the following template:

Name: Name the story. Please don't put me in the position of naming the thing. This in my opinion is one of the hardest steps in writing stories

Plot: This is MANDATORY. Without a plot, I will deny your request. Just give me a small, quick one, for a few-page-long story. If you give me a long and elaborate one, then I will ask to shorten it up a bit.

Main Characters: This is also mandatory. Populate your story with characters. You only have to provide the main characters, such as major heroes and villains. Minor characters are fine also but I can usually provide that, if applicable.

Setting: Where does it take place? Planet Earth? The Lylat System? If it is in some galaxy setting please specify the planet.

Genre and Flavor: Genres include Action, Adventure, Mystery, and Horror. Flavors consist of Comedy, Tragedy, Weird, or whatever. This will help me set the tone of my writing.

Adult Content?: Do you want adult content involved? I will list my flavors of adult content below:

None: No adult content at all. Not even sex jokes.

Mild: This includes your average references to various sexual things. Will probably involve someone with a dirty mind. I will make some sexual things mentioned, such as genitalia, but not actually name them. Also, I may involve the male's importance of the female breast

If you don't specify a flavor of adult content, this is default.

High: This will involve nudity, and the proper names of genitalia. If the story shows up on the board with this setting, it will be censored obviously.

Also, you can request certain adult content, such as yiff. I am fine with M/F, but if you want anything else, it will take me a little longer to make the story because I will have a limited time window to type up the story. I don't want to be making it in front of any snooping eyes. Again, this will be censored out should it be put up on here.

Swearing: This is the category on what kinds of words are used.None: No word that is even considered slightly bad will be used.

Mild: This includes the harmless profanity. This includes words such as "damn" and "hell." This is default.

High: This includes the F-Bomb, the term for female dogs, and the term for donkeys. This will be censored on the board.

Unlimited: I'm not holding back. This doesn't necessarily mean I'll go crazy, this just tells me not to censor any words whatsoever.

Payment: This part is completely optional. This is if you wish to provide some form of payment should you so desire. I like to think of this as PBS. I'll provide the content, expecting nothing in return, but I will accept payment should it be offered. Suggestions include small paypal donations or pieces of artwork made especially for me. Once again you are under no obligation to provide payment. Remember, I am doing this to improve my skill in writing. Note: a payment will not grant you any "premium" content such as more pages or an increase in your spot in line. This is unfair to the other people, so don't ask.

Any other parameters: This includes anything else you wish to tell me. If there's anything else you want me to know, put it here if it won't fit anywhere else. Remember, the more restrictive you are, the easier it will be for me to write and get your story done faster.

Post on SFO/Deviant Art?: Saying yes to either or both will give me permission to publish it on SFO and/or Deviant Art. This is because you get some credit for the story, their your ideas. It's my credit too, for coming up with the actual content. We share the rights to it. I will not claim full ownership other than authoring.

I will only work on one story at a time. So if you are at the bottom of the line, expect to be there for a while. I will save requests on a notepad and store them on my computer so I can keep them organized (there will be no doubt be posts in between requests).

Should we have to discuss the finer details on your request, do not hesitate to contact me on Yahoo Messenger, ID kugochris. I will respond provided you tell me who you are. It is better to chat with me live than posting back and forth on here. Besides, it frees up clutter.

Should this program become successful, I may branch it out to a separate board of its own, to give it more room. However, I am unsure of that at the time.

Name: Back to the Twilight Realm

Setting: Twilight Realm

Characters: Link, Midna, Zant (revived) and Lord Vale the reptillian sorceror

Plot: Link finds the Twili Pearl, which enables him to travel back to the Twili Realm and visit Midna. But Midna has been kidnapped by Zant, who was revived by an evil reptillian necromancer named Vale, who wears a red cloak. Can Link get past the obstacles in the way? Along the way he'll encounter a crazy Twili Deku Scrub fortune teller, a forest that causes all who enter it to have convulsions and hallucinations, and an army of angry Subrosians, who fled to the Twilight Realm because of a false flag attack that destroyed Subrosia. The attack was orchestrated on them by Zant, who told the Subrosians Link had destroyed their land. He then convinced him he was their savior. So basically, Link has to save Midna from Vale and Zant, and he'll encounter many things along the way. Run as free as you want with this. Make Link encounter a spider named Stiltzken. Stiltzken is a gohma, a friendly one, and he'll ride him along the way. But also, make it so he encounters Blink, Link's imp counterpart. Blink shoots Stiltzken  with an arrow by accident, because an old man with alzheimers told him to aim in to the eye of Ghoma. Then he heals the wound with an herb, and they become friends and team up to save Midna.

Adult Content: Not much, keep it rated T at worst. Swearing is ok, except the f word.

Characters:

Vale: Vale is a reptillian sorceror who comes from a different planet known as Grezlar. He revived Zant with dark magic. He likes jewelry, and is effeminate.

Zant: Zant was revived, yadda yadda, you get the drift. Have him do whatever you want.

Link: Link is the hero.

Blink: Link's imp counterpart. They team up and become friends after Blink accidentally shoots STiltzken in the eye with an arrow.

Midna: Damsel in distress, however, she finds an item called the Majesty Pearl, that enables her to transform back into her imp form at some point, and joins Link in the final battle, and uses incredible telekenesis skills.

Mild: Yeah, keep the salsa mild, so to speak. Keep adult content like in-between T and if you want, it can be borderline M, but not MA.

Mild: This includes the harmless profanity. Yes, put in as much harmless profanity as you want. In fact, make Midna cuss the most.

Payment: I'm currently looking into setting up a net business, but right now I lack the funds to pay you, sorry.

Cool! Here it is:

Name: Ramiro De La Cott and the Two Crimes.

Plot: As the title says, Ramiro De La Cott - Private Detective, is investigating a crime. Early on, he is contacted to work on a 'quick' case; hoping that this will not prevent him from completing his 'current' case, he decides to take up on the offer. Later on, it turns out the crimes are conected, and to solve one, he must solve the other (you can choose which one he has to solve first, as well as which one is solved first. ) I would like something like a single man in a big mansion is murdered and somewhere else a sect is doing stuff. But you can change this if you want to.

Main Characters:

Ramiro De La Cott. A very independant-minded Hyperian (think of a highly intelligent robot) who is the 'hero' of the story. He is the protagonist, and as with all detective stories the viewpoint is narrated from his perspective. I provided a link if you want to know a bit more about him (not necesary if you do not want to, but it could help in portraying his character).

Deius Rogan. The criminal of the story; both crimes are comitted by him, however he is only captured at the end. You can have him either trying to escape - and failing to do so, and captured - or killed. Deius Rogan is a rich guy who has future plans to take over control of Sirtis Xene. He leads the 'Stabiliy and Honor Party'.

Minor Characters:

Miss Julia Starhelm. Servant of one of the guys who are murdered at the start. You can have her being an accomplise of Deius if you want. If Deius is to die, she is to do so with him.

Charles Marks. Leader of the 'Progressive People's Party', he contacts Ramiro early to ask him if he can work on the 'quick' crime. He is a rather weird character, however. You can have him have 'ticks' (or similar) if you want too.

Selix Dreina. If you want to involve a bizarre cult in the story, he is to be the leader of it.

'Interlocke'. An anthropomorphic red/black vixen who is sort of a freelance spy. She is not a big part of the story, however she has meet Ramiro before and is a cameo refference to my characters. If she is in, she provides a valuable hint, but pretty much nothing more. I provided a link, but it is not necesary that you read it. In short, she is secretive and has good looks (but she usually wears a cloak, however.)

Setting:

It takes place on the planet Sirtis Xena, capital of the Sirtis system. Sirtis is far away from Salacia system (Hyperian's homeworld), moderately far away from Earth, and somewhat close to Lylat, althrought it is not a neighbouring system.

Genre and Flavor:

Dectective/Mystery, with bits of Adventure and/or Action (like when he enters a place were a weird cult is doing something, for example, or when he is in a gunfight. These are not 'necesary', but are a nice addition.).

Adult Content?:

I suggest keeping it Mild. It is not needed for the most part - however, due to the very nature of a detective-ish story, it will have some, also depending on how bizarre a situation is (for example, if a cult or sect is mentioned, rituals and weird stuff may be mentioned). Also, gunfights can be as detailed or simple as you like.

a deadline, and since you are doing this

voluntarily (I mean, no for no pay) I say

that you can take your time.
