Fixed.

But yeah, the feat and stuff seem interesting.

About vehicles and such, I think I like a lot the

'Rigger' class from Shadowrun. Perhaps we can

have some sort of cyber-enhanchements? (A la

Wolf, cyber-patch, or like that). If no, then can

an Advanced robot gain control of vehicles (if

he/she/it can 'connect' to it first, of course.)

As for races, I think there is already a good deal

of races to choose from. Mostly anthro animals,

althrough robots can also count, I think.

The Vehicle idea, I love! And, it just so happens I do have stats for Cyber-ware implements, and attachment (But we would need to be careful about too much, unless the character has a pretty big downside. So a small one for a character, no biggie, but if they would ask for many, or more powerful ones, they would need penalties and restrictions.) Also, I have stats for every possible Anthro race (From avians, burrowers, deer-arch types, Vulpines [the dog, wolf, fox], and Felines, and that is only the begining.) Robots, however would be difficult, unless we made something, or made them Warforged, unless you had an idea or two. [Although, If we are going to keep it more to Starfox, I would say only humans, and anthro's. Just a thought though.]

Actually, Vulpines are just foxes. The word "Canines" is probably the word you are looking for.

And I don't see including humans in the Starfox universe. When has there ever been any humans there?

What do you mean? I am meaning that a lot of random numbers and stuff go through a computer's mind. This is known as code, what makes computers function. A telepath can see that, but he/she can't make any sense of it.

Er, the word 'feat'. Guessing,

I think it means "feature".

Yeah, I agree with the vehicles concept, needing skill points and feats to help pilot them efficiently. Also, cybernetic enhancements could work, being quite expensive, can increase stats, skills, adding feats, etc.

I think so.

Well, in Shadowrun, as you have more

cybernetic enhanchements your 'essense'

(which determines magical healing & magic

related maximun power limits) is reduced.

Every 'living' being starts with 6,0 points,

althrough it can vary (creatures with 'innate'

psych powers and such can have a bit more).

In the same sense, a robot creature has 0

points, because it does have a 'conscience' - but

it does not have any biological parts, from which

the 'essense' originates.

As for the races, well, I have yet to see a human

in Star Fox. I do think that putting them in should

be easy, thought. I do not think robots are 'a must',

however, ROB is a robot 100%, and we all know he

is the one who provides support from the Great Fox.

Robot subraces should not be hard either. We can

have 'maintenance' robots, 'support' robots (I think

ROB falls in this category) and a few others, included

'Androids' (the most advanced, build to resemble a

sentient being in every way possible).

Okay. We should also think what system we would want to use. Because my statistical stuff is mainly for 3.5, and Shadow run has a lot of the stuff we have talked about already. Or (and i know we started this as more of a D&D thing, but if it doesn't turn well, but the ideas are good, just a usual great RP). Just stuff to consider.

I think the d20 system would work, with a few aspects of Shadowrun mixed in.

Own a couple of the last generation of rulebooks, but sadly don't have anyone to play with.

As for the Starfox RPG you're talking about, I have a tiny bit of advice for you. I also own a copy of the main rulebook of Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game, and since that's allready pretty much entirely adapted to a sci-fi enviroment, it wouldn't be a bad place to start for you.

*Pulls out and nodds* Way ahead of ya! :D But yes, that too includes tons of great materials for weapons, vehicles and other valuable stuff.

And I'm sorry you has no one to play with. :(

Here might be an idea for dogfights.

One opponent gets into a special circumstance and makes a lock check (locking on) the result of that check is the DC for the other opponent to hit with an evasive maneuvers check to try to break the lock. If the lock isn't broken, the first opponent can fire a missile, charged shot or whatever and automatically hit.
