Your take on: Dash Bowman

Dash Bowman is the Grand Son of the Evil Emperor of Venom,Andross,despite the fact that he is related to a person that was trying to take over the Lylat System.

Also not much is said about him for some unknown reason....

He seems like a cool character to me. I think that its pretty cool for A relative of Andross to be on the good side and not on the bad side like Andrew...

So what do you like about Young Cornerian Pilot  Related to The Evil Andross? Do you like or Dislike him?? And why?

Star Fox Command: Not good!

That (personall) opinion aside,

there is nothing much about Dash.

On one ending, he joins Star Falco.

On other, he rules Venom.

On the another one, he rules Venom

and starts another War.

I liked the idea, just I feel that it was badly pulled off. If they took more time into it, and thought about it a bit more, I believe it could have turned out cool.

My (main) trouble with the game

were the B2D controls.

The controls sucked, and there is

no way around it.

More specifically, I hijacked the 'one ring'

line from Tolkien to create this:

'Accursed be this Stylus

for by curse it came to me.'

I hope we never get to use such a

horrendous control system.

The rest of the game was mediocre.

This has already turned into a "Why I hate Command" topic? Jeez!

Well, -I- played and enjoyed it, so I'm going to actually answer the question.

Dash scares me. He's more bipolar than Krystal. At first he actually seems really cool, but then you get...THOSE endings where he flips out and takes over Andross's legacy. That doesn't make any sense to me, given how much he seems to reject Andross throughout the entire game, and what a good guy he is. Maybe he's hiding his evil nature for survival purposes, but if that's the case, it's even -worse-.

So yeah. Freaks me out. I liked him until I got that first ending where he started a war with Corneria.

He is a cool character..But your right he can freak  you out at times...When I saw him in the endings I was like??What the Hell? The Guy is trying to assault Cornerian?

Superflorous and unnecessary. Not to mention contradictive of his personality as Samantha stated. Everything good he does (like delve into Andross's backstory and more sympathetic side) can be accomplished with another character, like Andrew.

I really like the character of Dash Bowman, one of the very few that do like him. I think it's very intriguing how he could end up going either way, and it's good to know that Andross has another relative out there that's a bit more effective than Andrew. Nintendo could actually do a lot with that character if they so chose to, but seeing as Dash debuted in Command I have a feeling that he'll drop off into obscurity to please fans/keep them from having an anuerysm.

I don't care for Dash. I felt he was unnecessary as a character addition and not well thought out. And as DRL well said, not a lot was done with him and he seemed kind of thrown in there to me.

I see no real reason to bring him back for the next game, unlike Amanda or Lucy Hare, who I actually find interesting.
