Do you like Majora's Mask?

It's a great game, quite possibly the most unique Zelda title to date. The time travel loop was a brilliant way to lengthen the smaller scale game they had to create in such a limited time. And Skull Kid is my favorite supporting character in the Zelda universe...

I, actually haven't beaten Majora's Mask. I only started playing it a couple months ago, and man, that cutscene at the begining was kick ass! It was simply amazing.

One funny thing I had happen in the game though was that, it was like near the end of the 3d day when I was fighting the swamp boss. I killed him, went through all that stuff with the princess decu. Now at that time, I only had a few mintutes left, then they tell me that the buttler has something for me. This was my first time playing the game, I didn't know what to do, and having my sis telling me, "hurry and get the mask before you run out of time!" didn't help eather. So I went through the maze, constently thinking, "HOW LONG IS THIS THING?!" Luckly I talked to the guy at the end, he gave me the freakin mask, and then I click "A" and then guess what. THE MOON COMES DOWN AND EVERYTHING RESET'S!!!!!!!!!!

 yeah, that kinda ticked me off.

But I went through all of it again, and I beat it. BUT NOW I'M STUCK AT THE GORON PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha no way. That's almost exactly what happened to me. I found all the fairies in the first temple and foolishly went back to the first day before doing the butler thing and then went back to the swamp and almost hucked my controller through the wall when I found out I'd have to find the damn fairies all over again. O_o  Also, I'm stuck at the Goron place too. So ya. I pretty much quit Majora's Mask.

What you'll both need to do is find the Lens of Truth, then the Goron Mask and then get the Goron's Lullaby. The lens of truth is in Goron Village, look for the owl.

After getting the lens of truth, head back to the area of the blacksmith's shop, the look for a large cliff face across a pond, use the lens of truth to find ladders and get to the top of the cliff and enter the hot spring. The ghost of Darmani will be inside, use the lens of truth to see him. Use the song of healing to get the Goron Mask.

Next, collect some hot spring water with a bottle, careful it cools off after a while. Head to the frozen pond between the blacksmith's shop and the goron village and start smashing the snowballs until you find a frozon old goron. Thaw him out with the hot spring water and talk to him until you get him to teach you a part of the goron's lullaby. (You must do it wearing the goron mask.)

Next, get back to goron village to get in the main building, use the partial lullaby with the goron mask on the elder's son to get him to stop crying, he'll teach you the rest of the song.

Finally, head up to the Snowhead Temple. When you get there, play the goron's lullaby with the goron mask and you'll gain access to the snowhead temple.

Aaahhhh.....now I see! Thanks! :) I already have the lens of truth and the goron mask, but I got stuck after that. So I stopped playing for a while. One question though, what bolder  of snow is that goron hiding in? Is it completely random? Or is he in a specific one?

I can't remember, I do know that the snow boulder will be slightly bigger than the others, and Tatl will turn green when she get's near it.

I LOVED Majora's Mask!

Such a great game.

I saved up my money forever to buy it, and ended up with the Gold Cartridge!  Worth it!

Of course I loved it. I'm a zelda fan so I pretty much loved all of the games. lol

It was never hard to me...EXCEPT the Gilded Sword quest. But in general none of the zelda games are hard. Minus the first one of course. That game's a bitch.

My favorite sidequest story in this game had to have been the Kafei and Anju sidequest, reuniting the two lovers at the end of that quest really makes you feel good inside!

That took me multiple tries. Trying to get that sun mask before it falls is a challenge.

Only on your first try. The enemies Link fights are really easy (except maybe the wolfos if you don't know how to hit the back) and the block puzzles with Kafie are childs' play too. The only reason I failed the first time is because I paniced and didn't press both switches at the end, but rather stood on the one that closed the hatch and waited. Needless to say, cutscene magic opened it again and I lost the mask.

Well I got past that dumb baby in the goron place and ALMOST got past the temple, but then I got stuck at the spot with the elevator like thing where you pound the switch! I found out you can punch the ice part's of it aside but I'm still stuck. SOOOOO I went back in time.(cause it was getting to close to the moon falling and if I kept going I most likely would have stayed stuck, and get squashed!) And if I try it again, I'll have to go through all the spots again! :/

I was able to get through MM pretty well on my my first time. But that's only because I'm so Zelda-obsessed I'm surprised I don't talk in HYUH, HAH, RAAAH, HUT, HYUHHH, HAAH!

I thought the 4th temple was the toughest, alot of backtracking. I hate backtracking, and when it's upside-down that's even worse. >_>

Just a fun little side note, I signed myself up for an MLP (My Little Pony- I used to collect them) forum and my user name is Majoras_Masquerade, Masquerade being the name of an MLP that I decided to spice up with a shoutout to an awesome Zelda game.  :)

Masquerade is the act of going about in a mask. Or a costume party.

Careful, the Disc version of MM is prone to crashing. Don't play for too long at any one time.
