The Shaper
Or maybe it's because most people would find it strange to wear them because of what others would think.

Fluxy
I just can't stand being in a fursuit mainly because I am claustrophobic. =[ I honestly don't know if I would wear one if I wasn't though. Some do look cool, but a lot look just plain cartoony. =/ *shrug*Now imagine said furries in fursuits potentially having all sorts of sexual fetishes. When I see them at conventions they kind of scare me as well. On that note, eh. I could care less about people having those "weird" fetishes. If they were to tell me, it wouldn't bother me. What would make me uncomfortable, is if they over dramatized it and started moaning, or giggling in public -because- they are in the suit. That is one of those cases, to me at least, that if they can make it pleasurable to them, but not make it creepy in public and such, it is all good. Because even people, with "normal" fetishes can be really creepy about them to others, and then it would just be a case of the "Pot calling the kettle black". I know many people who in real life who have some weird fetishes and it doesn't bother me either but when they start doing it at the con or in the hotel I'm like "seriously people, get a room. >_>"

Say you think they are cool, and be done with it. If they -truly- don't except you for that little fact, then he/she is definitely someone who is that close to you, or accepting of their friends likes/dislikes. =/
