Who here is a fan of this awesome series? I may not be a very good strategist when it comes to the this series, but I sure do love to play it, and it's been taking up a lot of my time recently!

So far, my favorite out of this series is Black Hole Rising and Days of Ruin. Days of Ruin sure was a change of pace, but it had a very good story behind it.

Well, if you don't like turn based, then I recommend Battalion Wars.

Advanced Wars was cool, but I much more liked the older Fire Emblem games instead. Not to say I haven't plaid all the advanced wars for GBA though.

I like Fire Emblem. Best TBS game out there.

My favs for the Advance Wars are Dual Strike and Days of Ruin.

DOR took me by surprise by bringing us into a post-apocalyptic world where everyone is killing each other to survive. Much darker compared to the "Hey! We beat the bad guy! Let's grab a soda!" type that the other AWs brought us.

I like DOR for its graphics and the "engine sounds" that are present in the combat screens.

I like Dual Strike because it had an interesting game design, and better memorable characters.

With that said, what are your favorite CO's?

In DS, they are Eagle/Kanbei. Three turns combined with crazy-boosted units toward the end. When I play single player, I like beating on Whashisname, the helicopter dude from Yellow Comet.

In DOR, it is either Isabella or Gage, depending on what types of units I am using. I like using Isabella because she is a wild card for her units and FIFTEEN (or twenty, can't remember) RANGE BATTLESHIPS for her CO power. I like using Gage when I am using primarily navy units (self-explanatory). He boosts up naval units and long-range attackers. In Single Player, I beat on "no CO." It gives me an "Oh noes! Barbarians!" feel.
