Star_Dragon
No, I'm not leaving. I just wanted to say I'm back from being sick with a stomach flu and [god forbid] diahrrea. I know, disgusting, but it happened anyway. The reason this topic is named as such is because I also wanted to apologize for my sudden disappearance.... It's good to be back. Redeemer
Oh no, you got the runs? Ouch, that's going to make you feel pretty bad. Get well soon! Did you know that diarrhea is something that we find common here, but in Africa it's actually deadly and kills thousands of children every year? I learned that in my course, pretty shocking especially it's something that, if we get it, we think "Oh man, lame." And that's the end of it.I also learned that the volunteers that go to Africa, doctors, nurses, helpers, etc, hand out this little packet of minerals to help cure diarrhea. It's basically a little sachet filled with salt and sugar, maybe about half a tablespoon of each, and all they do is mix it in a full glass of water and drink it. It rehydrates you and it's supposed to help flush you out quicker. So I tried it one time and actually... next morning I woke up feeling fine. So maybe if you want to try it, I don't know... Worth a shot if you're fed up with spending most of your hours in the bathroom, when you could be on SFO. Oh, and welcome back. :
Star_Dragon
I might just try that if it happens again. While I was sick, I was forced to drink nerarly an ENTIRE BOTTLE of Pepto-Bismol.... But hey, my sickness didn't come without benefits! (I finished my Star Fox: Sith Rising story, for one.)

Guest FoXXX
That sucks man, get better soon okay? No need to apologize.
Star_Dragon
Two things, FoXXX: First, I've got my sickness beat, otherwise I wouldn't be here. Second, I feel I have to apologize for the abruptness in which I disappeared. I don't like to leave people hanging, especially those reading my stories. And, regardless, it gave me the time I needed to complete one of my stories and further think out the plotline for my adventures in the Outside the Bar topic.... As I said, It's good to be back!

Ellipzocore
Nice to see you again. I have had my share of stomach flu's as well. Trust me, I get them every year around the end of Christmas Break for some reason.
