Sabre
Than tell us, what in your opinion, is the most horrifying, disturbing most psychotic mind-f***ing game you've ever played or heard of?I knew you'd love it. Tough call. The most memorable would have to be RE2, best game for jump scares and has some great gameplay. Taking gameplay out of it, Project Zero and Alone in the Dark The New Nightmare. People often take the mic out of these games for the cliched premise, but playing them in the daylight with a bunch of friends, anything is not scary. If you've not heard of them, project zero scares using ghosts and Alone in the Dark does in by flicking the lights on and off. There are 2 scenes in Alone in the Dark that are particularly creepy. I can't do them justice in text form though. As for games I've not played, I've heard Blair Witch: Rustin Parr is scary.Again, it's easy to mock old horror games, but playing them alone tends to be something like this. Star Fox Runner
Just beat my first playthrough of Shattered Memories. (I play fast.) The ending I got was SAD. I just felt depressed for a good while afterward, seriously.Don't want to spoil the ending, but for those who have played it, imagination is the keyword. Redeemer
I don't see how, I only gave away stuff that happens in the first level.Regardless, you were the first one in this topic to say what actually happens in the game. That was still a spoiler even if it was in the first level. :3Well, my copy of Silent Hill arrived today. And I'm impressed, it's in pristine condition. Booklet, perfect case, everything. It's like it was played once then put in a padded box. And it only cost me £12. What a find. I think I'll become a Nun of eBay.

The only damaged games I have I don't care to have them repaired. They (with exception) are second hand and came that way. I was going to start a thread asking about a good disc mark remover, but never did. It's £3 a time using the polish based method at a shop I know, and the only ones I've see for sale use the abrassive "Scrape the layer with scratches off completly" method which is bad. Redeemer
There must be something out there you can buy. Have you tried looking online? And thanks Dublinfox, hehe, I'm having a ton of fun already. Such nostalgia, it's wonderful. I love how Silent Hill 3 lets you touch upon Silent Hill, seen as Harry is your father. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. :D
Sabre
4 had the best concept, for me anyway. Being locked in your own home. That said, it would have to hand wave all the common sence solutions, but I'm told it's a bad game anyway. Famous for the big face.Try the cheat to get the guy in his boxers yet? Sabre
3. Here's a copy paste from gamefaqsDouglas in BoxersBeat the game once, select ''Extra New Game'' option at the main menu and press Up(x2), Down(x2), Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, X. Heather will sigh after you choose a difficulty and riddle level to confirm the code. During the scenes where you see Douglas, he will be wearing his boxer. Vy'drach
Though many Western players considered this a reference to Star Wars, in the "Lost Memories" book that came with the Japanese Silent Hill 3 Official Strategy Guide, it is confirmed that the real reference material was the "Space Sheriff" live-action TV show
Redeemer
That's pretty cool, I didn't know that. I thought it was just linked to the Princess Heart thing.
