Just to make it short, try...

Marvel VS Capcom 2

Power Stone

Shemune 1 & 3

Shemune 1 & 3

No. Hugly overrated

Resident Evil Code: Veronica

Better on GC, also no.

Now, onto the real good stuff.

Soul Calibur

Bit of history, but the second on Cube is better.

Toy Commander

Yes! Awesome game. People scoff it, but it's great I think. I first played this in Blockbuster, and was the game that conviced me to buy pester my pairents ask santa for the system. Great Gameplay, and memorable music. I even have the discs from Dreamcast magazine with the summer and christmas levels, as well as the mingame racing spin off.

Blue Stinger

A turd in a box that is memorable for being the campest and worst acted horror game ever. If you though RE1 was bad, watch this.

Get these guys an oscar! STAT!

Also it has a boss that is half jeep, and a guy who learns how to fight based on what T-shirt he's wearing.

Dynamite Cop

Aka. Die Hard Arcade, it's a scrolling fighting game where you lose clothes as you die, and you use everything as a weapon, from swords and guns, to cruse missiles and cake. You can even hit guys, with other guys.

Zombie Revenge

A scoller beat em up with zombies.

Now for 3 super rares that are only available through piracy because they were never released in PAL. I've not played myself YET, but I plan too.

Lack of Love

All life is died due to the title, and you have to start again. You play as an alien and you help others, in return they teach you to evolve.

D2

Sequal to D. You play as a woman who survives a plane crash in the mountains after a botched terrorist take over. Unfortunally for you the elements are trying to kill you, as are the passangers who have turned into horrid monsters.

Fighting Vipers 2

Virtual Fighter, but faster, more Xtreme, power armour, and barely legal-ness (or Paedophilia if you are american).

My DC is in storage so I can't help beyond what I remember. Most of the games are horribly dated or have better sequals or are on other better platforms, Resident Evil 3, UFC, ect. It does have arguably the best version of Resident evil 2 with only the uglier, but more feature packed N64 version being comprable. I can dig it out later for you and give you a rundown of my extencive game collection of mostly crap such as Carrier and a bad version of Nomad Soul.

Did the Dreamcast even HAVE bad games?

Anyway, I support Shenmue as well, and Resident Evil Veronica is up to you, it has an "updated" port on the PS2 and GCN.

Also, Power Stones.

Come to think of it, I don't think it had a "bad" game, just several with faults.

Thanks for the recommendations everyone :P

I can imagine that :P.  There's bound to be at least one, if not more game(s) on every system that is utter garbage :)

I just heard that Dreamcast games are gonna be coming out for the Xbox live arcade. Like Sonic Adventures and RE Code: Veronica.

I'm pretty sure they're doing the same for PSN, kinda cool, but having the original packaging, and playing it on the system it was meant to be on with the right controller just can't be beat :P

You need to beat Sonic Adventure 2 before you buy anything else for it.  :P

But if you really want some new games look around. Browse the market. Does that Old School gaming store near you sell DreamCast games?

Yeah it does, quite a bit of them too XD.  And I WILL EVENTUALLY BEAT SA2, just when I have a couch with the room my Dreamcast is in XD.
