i was playing assualt when i took note that most all cornliains are dogs and so the dogs are the original inhabitants of cornilia ?

I've been to Corneria, and there are all kinds of creatures there. But i know nothing of their history.

Ajc, the planet's name is CORNERIA.  The inhabitants are known as CORNERIANS.  With that out of the way, you can't really say that most of the Cornerians are dogs, as the civilians of the city were probably shielded away during the attacks.  It is safe to say however, that most of the Cornerian Military are probably dogs :P

Well, if the dogs aren't native to Corneria, I guess the best guess is to say they came from Katina. (OMG, another plot hole!)

Why does Katina support Corneria in it's wars? Maybe that's the answer?

Why does Katina support Corneria in it's wars? Maybe that's the answer?

I remember reading somewhere that Corneria is the center of government in Lylat, thus Katina is allied with Corneria because they are part of the same "country" if you will.

As far as the species of the original inhabitants, the canon is rather vague. Though the SF64 guide does mention an ancient space-fairing civilization, but the name of it escapes me. I'll look it up when I get home.
