I have always been a Sci Fi nut....Star Wars, Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica, Star Gate (notice the theme lol) plus the fact it was with anthros....and I have always had interest in anthros even before I became a furry (or knew what it was for that matter)

  • 2 weeks later...

Yeah, it really was Command that got me into the series, but I liked it, the story was...alright, and I hadn't played any of the other games, so I didn't really care that it had multiple endings. Then I discovered this site, shortly after got a few emulators, became a fan, became a furry. Well, an official one, I was sort of one before, but I didn't really know the official term, and, even worse, didn't know that it was frowned upon. Then, after becoming a furry, Krystal phase (it happened to all of usĀ ) and now I sit before you, anticipating SF643D.

Too many reasons.

It has characters that have great examples of strengths and flaws. The overall idea and concept of it is cool to me. It has examples of what I want to be, as a person, in a way. And Fox is just so cute, Lolz. These are the basic main ones, lol.

And yes, Lol. Star Fox made me a furry, lolz.

Well...the story was bad, but the gameplay was arguably good.

Hmm Lets see.

I have always been a fan of Military Games, Fighter Piloting, FPS, etc. I loved Starfox as a Kid for many reasons. One of the ones that I really enjoyed, because as a young lad, I never knew my father until I was 16, and I started playing Starfox when I was like 8ish. I remember getting up in the mornings to do missions, just so I could save "my father." Then when it was the end, and I remember hearing Jame's voice, it made me feel confident, and in a sense I cried at the end tears of joy for beating Andross, but sad because James was not there..

Then Life came in, and then Starfox Command came out, and I got back into the games. SF Command hurt me, because the original gameplay was sortof not there, so I played Assault and Adventures, and I can proudly say that Starfox made me a Furry, and I have been a Starfox Video Game fan since I as about 8 years old, if not younger..

For the past few years I've been drawing "dog-people" (which I can actually draw better than humans) and when I played Brawl and played as Fox and Wolf they've fit in with what I've drawn...Furries! I think Star Fox is awesome. I love the concept of animals flying in spaceships and talking and acting like people. :D plus I love dogs too likeĀ  :bill::fox::wolf:Ā

The first game I got for Gamecube was SF:Adventures.

At the time I forgot it and bought My Xbox.

Thank's to video games my life changed.

I got my 2nd gamecube because we sold the first,

so me and mah bros had 10 bucks we could spend

at gamestop.Well 10 bucks could by you only a used game,and I

didn't see anything good.My bro found a used copy of

SF:As but it's cover was removed.I was like Screw it,

we're buyin that game.i was anxious to play it.I tore

open the case and i started Single player. It seemed oddly

familiar.But utterly awsome.

Suppose it's because of the addicting gameplay, well thought out story lines, and character personalities. I've played pretty much all of Nintendo's biggest franchises, and when it comes to run and gun, or bullet hell missions I found there was no one better than Starfox. Adventures was my first game that I got from a friend, and I enjoyed it, even though the gameplay itself was a replica of the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time's(one of my favorite games). The story was what really drew me in which lead me to purchase Assault, and then SF64 (Yes I still have a working 64). Each game was great, story wise, and gameplay wise. I found the personalities of each character to be like-able especially Fox's. To me, them being anthropomorphic really had no effect on my view of the characters. I don't dislike or like them any more because of that fact, like some do. I'll be waiting for Fox's return on the Wii, which will have to happen eventually.Ā  Ā

Nah, I passed that one up. I heard it wasn't too great, and when I saw it at gamestop for 35 bucks, I didn't bother.
