Rasper would glance up at Ryn, "She has to leave though.....I have my reasons for asking..." he would say to the "doctor"

Gearhart looked up at the vixen.

"Alright." Ryn said with a nod. She left the room, allowing the two to be alone. She started walking back to the lobby.

Gearhart turned back to the wolf now. "Now... Where is the pain coming from?" He asked, still scanning his body with his senses, seeing other things he could do to help him in general that had nothing to do with the pain he had now.

Gearhart looked up at the vixen.

"Alright." Ryn said with a nod. She left the room, allowing the two to be alone. She started walking back to the lobby.

He went to one of the syringes, and allowed his senses to find a proper place to insert it. "...Want to explain to me thaat little issue a bit more? I might have skills greater than most doctors, but I do not understand some things they do. Why did you... Have it removed?"

Gearhart took this into a bit of shock. He never thought to scan his heart at first, and that could explain a lot of issues going on here. He went to one of the syringes, and allowed his senses to find a proper place to insert it. "...Want to explain to me thaat little issue a bit more? Rasper grinned, "Grew up on the wrong side of Cornaria, you know, the slums that the Military refuses to look....well....got into a fight at one point....got impaled from behind....." he would then tap his chest, "Nothing in there but Venom tech. attempt at an artificial heart.." he would confess.

Gearhart simply had never heard of this technology. It must have been the reason he was having a harder time scanning the wolf. There must have been big changes through his system because of this. He put the syringe in the wolf, and pushed down with his thumb, allowing the liquid to enter his body. After doing so, he took it out, cleaned the puncture, and bandaged it.

"Well, there are the pain killers." He said. Then, he placed his hands on the wolf's chest, trying to feel the movement inside of him. He would then proceed to start hitting precise pressure points throughout the wolf's body, trying to give his body slight adjustments, as to make him feel better in the long run.

He glanced at the doctor thumping him, soon taking his hand and placing it on his "heart", "You might not feel much movement.....but the ones who put it in thought it would be funny if by pressing your ear onto my chest you can ear a 'beat'..." he stated, shaking his head shortly after, chuckling a bit.

He started, focusing in on the other wolf's body, sensing the differences from a normal body system, and the wolf's. "This is quite interesting, and I have never really experienced this situation before."

Gearhart soon released his hands, and stood up. "Well... I am fine. I would rather not hear that." He said as he dusted himself off. He went to his desk, and sat in the chair, seeing as the other wolf was taking his bed. "Feel free to stay as long as you need." He started, focusing in on the other wolf's body, sensing the differences from a normal body system, and the wolf's. "This is quite interesting, and I have never really experienced this situation before."

Rasper would comment on the others statements out of order, "And I doubt you will encounter this often......as it was smuggled in the first place....and had a high price..." he would soon go to stand up, getting out of the bed, "And no, I cannot really stay.." he would suddenly press his hand against the wall, the drugs really starting to kick in. "Potent stuff you got doc..." he would say, making his best attempt to stand properly, before taking a few steps, then having to rebalance himself.

A loud thud could be heard under the main counter, Travis had once again gotten shocked, "You know...." he mumbled to himself, "I should really start to wear rubber gloves for this job...."

Rasper would comment on the others statements out of order, "And I doubt you will encounter this often......as it was smuggled in the first place....and had a high price..." he would soon go to stand up, getting out of the bed, "And no, I cannot really stay.." he would suddenly press his hand against the wall, the drugs really starting to kick in. Ryn walked in to seeing Travis hitting himself again. She bent down, and hit him in the abs. "I told you to stop doing that!" She exclaimed.

Gearhart chuckled as he saw the wolf trying to move that way, then playfully rolled his eyes. "Might want to take it easy on the fast moving part of life. And yeah. I make part of it myself. Makes it a lot cheaper in the long run." He noted. "Don't call me 'Doc' though. Just Gearhart, or 'Heart' for short will do."

Rasper chuckled, "How ironic.....that one without a heart be helped by one with the nickname..." He said, shaking his head again, trying to focus his eyes. He would soon grab his head while holding at the wall. "And no....I can't take it easy.....got me a wolf to chase...and I have never been to slow to catch my prey..." he would say with a chuckle.

Ryn walked in to seeing Travis hitting himself again. She bent down, and hit him in the abs. "I told you to stop doing that!" She exclaimed.

Travis would curl up, "Well...." he could not help from chuckling, "Just don't punch me again...I am sadly very tickli...." he stoped right then and there....suddenly fearing Ryn in a playful way.

Rasper chuckled, "How ironic.....that one without a heart be helped by one with the nickname..." He said, shaking his head again, trying to focus his eyes. He would soon grab his head while holding at the wall. "And no....I can't take it easy.....got me a wolf to chase...and I have never been to slow to catch my prey..." he would say with a chuckle.

Gearhart chuckled at the irony. "Well then... Have fun trying not to pass out. And good luck with that wolf of yours." He said, not realizing who he was talking about, or the situation.

Ryn looked down at him with a grin. "You are so very lucky I am only allowed to tickle one person, or else." She said with a wink, then taking her seat back, and looking at Travis. "How long have you been down here this morning?"

Gearhart chuckled at the irony. "Well then... Have fun trying not to pass out. And good luck with that wolf of yours." He said, not realizing who he was talking about, or the situation.

Rasper turned back, "Thanks......" and when he turned back to the door, he hit the floor with a "damn it..." soon to follow. He just stayed kneeled there for a bit, he hated this feeling....helpless.

Ryn looked down at him with a grin. "You are so very lucky I am only allowed to tickle one person, or else." She said with a wink, then taking her seat back, and looking at Travis. "How long have you been down here this morning?"

Travis laughed nervously, "Yes I am lucky...." he would then hear the next question, "I think....shortly after I heard the comotion with that eerie wolf....hearing you and that Doctor guy had things under control....figure...neh....I fix the computer that conveniently broke while I was tweeking yours..." He would go silent for a moment, "So.....does my being a part in the military bother you?" he would ask out of the blue.

Rasper turned back, "Thanks......" and when he turned back to the door, he hit the floor with a "damn it..." soon to follow. He just stayed kneeled there for a bit, he hated this feeling....helpless.

Gearhart saw this coming, and stood. He walked over to the desk with multiple syringes, and took one that had a silvery green liquid in it. He moved over to the wolf, and jammed it into his arm, and pushed down on it. He pulled it out. "There. The enzymes will help you out in stabilizing yourself. Of course, it will make the morphine slightly as affective, but you will be able to be walking just the same in about a minute." he said, and then moved back over to the desk.

Travis laughed nervously, "Yes I am lucky...." he would then hear the next question, "I think....shortly after I heard the comotion with that eerie wolf....hearing you and that Doctor guy had things under control....figure...neh....I fix the computer that conveniently broke while I was tweeking yours..." He soon crawled to the bed only to sit upon it for a moment, "Since you told me your name...only fair....the Name is Rasper..." and he let things go silent for a moment, "That whole Doctor patient confidentiality...that applies outside the office right?" he would say, somewhat jokingly.

Ryn quirked at how strange that he asked that question. She quickly shook her head and lied. "Of course not! Why would you ask that?!"

Travis chuckled, "Well, something I don't let too many people catch on to...until it is too late that is....Is my hearing, is somewhat higher then most, I mean, it is no skin off my butt if you do have a problem with the Military...just as long as we can still be friends...." he would say, letting the end part of that sentence trail off.

He soon crawled to the bed only to sit upon it for a moment, "Since you told me your name...only fair....the Name is Rasper..." and he let things go silent for a moment, "That whole Doctor patient confidentiality...that applies outside the office right?" he would say, somewhat jokingly.

Gearhart chuckled. "Yeah, I know. I am not dumb enough to ever put myself in a stupid situation. If I felt you would have attacked, I would hav said something." He noted, then sat down. "Sure. As long as you don't really tell anyone I'm not a doctor. This is just something I am really good at. I never went to school for it, or have any degrees for it." He said with a shrug. "I'm just simply a back up medic for a group. That's about it." He said, then placed his hand to his head, as a major headache was starting to occur.

Travis chuckled, "Well, something I don't let too many people catch on to...until it is too late that is....Is my hearing, is somewhat higher then most, I mean, it is no skin off my butt if you do have a problem with the Military...just as long as we can still be friends...." he would say, letting the end part of that sentence trail off.

"I need to go get something in me." He stated, referring to his empty stomach.

Travis chuckled, "It was a joke, if anything my hearing is less then normal with all the machines I work with...." he would say, still chuckling as he put the finishing touches on the computer for that register.

Rasper would shrug, "I actually don't have anywhere to be, mind the company?" he would ask, either out of boredom or interest in this shady character, Rasper did not know....but he wanted to get to know him.

Gearhart shrugged. "Sure. I don't mind a bit of socialness today." He responded, allowing the wolf out before they headed to the dining hall.

Travis chuckled, "It was a joke, if anything my hearing is less then normal with all the machines I work with...." he would say, still chuckling as he put the finishing touches on the computer for that register.

Ryn was silent for a minute. "Oh, guess I just didn't understand the joke is all." She said, then chuckled. Ryn laid back as much as she could in her chair, and rested her eyes as she was tired. Quickly falling into a light sleep.

[And with that, I need to leave to get ready for the school. Will be back in... 4-5 hours I think? Might be less, depends how things go.]

Balsa was down in the cafeteria, scribbling on a peice of paper. In front of her were scavenger reports, hiring lists and other mercenary froms of sort.

"lets see." she mumbled to her self.

"Marza Dreadnaught... 75% decommisioined used as an asteriod destroyer... easily refitted" She scribbled over a picture of a massive missle ship.

"9...no 10 Disciple vessels captured in a raid against the advent... Crap frigates, but good for shock" she noted, gazing at their small designs and small weaponry..." shescribbled again, as Egor looked over the charts and descriptions

"are ya sure this will be enough lassie? i mean, you are going to war with jsut 18 ships..."

Balsa cut him off. "Too many ships and i make myself a target, to few, and im a waste of space. The marza will be refitted with starboard planet missle pods and port side planet crackers." she mumbled as she worked.

"then what about this... cielo command cruiser" he asked before she answered again in a mumble.

"Targeting and locating. Administration and weapon system manegement. Not good in a battle, but good when they attack regardless."

"And the anti fighter ones?" He asked before she answered "a neccesity. Minimal fighter cover neccesitates anti fighter ships. We could only recover afew"

Her phone range and she answered dutifully. A smile broke herAMbivalence before she pepped up "Two destra cruisers. TWO. my god... i mean, do you know what those things are? i mean... holy crap." Balsa rambled on and on about it.

"the only thing that could make this better is if i got four more capital ships..."

Even though she couldn't see the expression that Anne wore, Airi smiled in return, gladly hugging the collie.  "Thank you."  After a few seconds of holding the embrace, the young vixen pulled back, instead taking Anne's hand.  Lightly tugging her along with her, she again stood beside Sarah, taking the hybrid's hand as well.

An "Uhh..." Came out of Anne's mouth with a blush on her face as she was pulled over to Sarah...

"heh, Don't worry Anne She won't bite." Sarah noted with a light chuckle as she pressed the button for the elevator again..

Airi couldn't imagine ever biting either of them, so she agreed completely.  She was just glad to know that Anne was okay.

After about a minute, The elevator Door's finally opened With Sarah stepping the other 2 inside. Though She held the button that keeps the open So they could wait for Gin and Ray...

Ray soon followed with Gin beside her  "It's a figure of speech Airi she means your not mean." Ray tried to explain.

"and how do you suppose we hire people to crew these ships?" Egor finally stated after all the accounting and logistics were counted. The Pianoist had been taking suggestions and currenty started the Ukrainian CArol of the bells, somewhat calming BBoth Balsa and Egor down.

Balsa passed out several more forms, listing mercenary groups, human remnents, nonhuman job seekers, all with one thing in commen. Expendability.

"each of these men will work past the point of exaustion. Each of these men knows nothing else but War. They will work for money, and to find a place in the world. Also" Balsa said, drawing a long list of locations. "these are planets suitable for colonization, not yet touched my sentiet hands. Im having plans drawn up for a group of colonists jsut in case we are in need of reinforcements or resorces." Egor gazed in awe at her prepairation

"im sutably impressed at your prepairations. ill shall help in anything you need."
