Woooow, I have no idea what's going on, but seriously, big DZ won't do something out of rage. He's probably throwing some ideas first, then he will test-drive them.

There's no need to witch hunt the staff again  , for the time being at least.

Do remember that only 2-3 mods in the staff are in charge of this section, some of us, including me, myself and I, don't really check this place too often, unless, like now, when we  get timed bomb warnings.

Let's just all keep it civilized, an agreement will surely be reached, if both parties stay cooled. However, if this place needs new rules, then this place will have new rules, at the end it will be your choice if you stay or not. This is like the 4th RP drama we have.  As stated before, the RP section could be self moderated by its own members + 2 rp mods, but since that isn't the case (proved by the past RP dramas, NOT this one), we need to set some limits.

If whatever happened was just a big misunderstanding, then everything should get back to normal, hopefully.

I'll try to get as much information as I can, cause I feel ignorant and helpless right now, for that I apologize. As for now, the only thing I can ask you all, is to keep it civilized and nice. Please. I won't tolerate any backstabbing against any party, specially mods that are only trying to cool things down.

I can understand a rule change, which almost everything in our world goes through. Though to limit everything will cut things waaaaay back.

I find this hard to beleive. A GM who can't control his game has no buisness being GM. A mod who can't control the posters has no buisness being a mod. If posters live up to their responsibility as posters and report trouble, then there wouldn't be a need for tight limits. Thats the thing about ROLE PLAY: -everyone- is responsible, EVERYONE has to keep it together. And honestly, if the RPers can't keep it together, then they don't have any buisness RPing in the first place.

That said, I am fairly confident that our RPers CAN keep it together and can take on their responsibility.

I Have reason to go with this Since for 1. I've been paying attention to the Hotel and the others for the last... I don't know 3 weeks? And really not once Have I seen a reason for these limits to be implemented at all. (other then that fight in the discussion of course)

Personally I think we should add another Rp mod If the others are having a difficult time catching up, But sadly that isn't my choice...

I could agree with that....seeing as how the Hotel was the one mainly in use. have 1 mod in the rp (if they rp that is fine) and have the other 2 watch the rest....IDK

I haven't posted in any of SFO's RPs because to be honest none of them interest me. I've seen a few in the queue thaat have before, but.... they were in the damn queue

I'm not against mods. We need mods, they're the hammer behind the words. Just because a GM kills a character for breakng their rules doesn't stop the poster from spamming or trolling. Thats where the mods come into play: they can stop that sort of thing. The GMs, RPers and the Mods ALL need to work TOGETHER for the better of the RP section. Leave nothing to chance, but don't put us on a leash.

I am confused. I have never contradicted myself in recent memory. I call other people out when they contradict themselves, because they need to be aware of it, and I won't stop doing that.

Woah.. Hold your horses people. RP is not going away, and I am not about to take all of your RP freedom away. I was a bit frustrated when I wrote that, so allow me to clarify.

Firstly: Post limits are NOT HAPPENING. At least not yet. And if I were to do them, it would be more than 2. I used AL as an example that post limits can work, and 2 is THEIR RULE, NOT mine.

BUT AS OF NOW THERE WILL NOT BE POST LIMITS.

Look, the point is something needs to change. Things cannot continue the way they are. We have rules in here, and lately there have been exceptions made to them. I stated that I wanted the exceptions to stop. Due to these exceptions, there were 7 RPs going when the rules said 3. And I'm getting nastygram PMs telling me I should resign because this board isn't getting moderated properly.

Basically, the main point of the post is that the rules are now going to be enforced as they should have been from the beginning.
