The Cornerian Complex

[Arashikage]

Harmona notice him pulling out a chair, but again, let it slide, "Well....it depends. Where you grow up is where you grow up, you get used to it and it becomes easy. Take this place, you live here, and know the culture, I find it difficult cause I know nothing of this world..." she would take in a breath of air, "It's all in how you look at it..."

"I see" Arashikage said, sitting down "So it was easy for you because you're used to it, whereas it's harder for you here, because you aren't used to it at all" He said.

Anna inversely rose from her table, disposing of her trash. On her way out, she walked by the pair and held up, figuring a little talking would be good for her. "Hi." she said from behind them, focusing on the female more than the male.

"Hey" Arashikage said, giving a slight wave

after his wing stretching episode, Delirium really had no idea what to do, so he sat down on a bench and decided he would chill for a few.

"Yes..." she replied. She would bring a piece of chicken to her snout and bite on it, enjoying the crunching noise it made. After swallowing she continued. "I'm sure I can adapt quickly, it is getting to know the right people to help me with that transition." she would say, taking a glance at Kage.

Krissy finished her meal, she decided to try and find a shop that sold old things "I might be able to find a map at some voodoo shop." She thought as she exited the restaurant. She then noticed Delirium he was the only one around so she decided to ask him if he knew of any. "Excuse me but do you know about any stores that can sell me a map of some sort?" She asked him when she got close enough.

"Hey, what's your name?" He asked, trying to be friendly.  He noticed how she wasn't paying much attention to him but didn't think about it too much, he sort of wanted to talk to Harmona a bit more, but thought one more person to the conversation couldn't hurt

"Anna." the hyeness replied, clasping her hands together in front of her. She fell into a flat silence, inwardly thinking about how she's probably intruding. Nevertheless, if they wanted alone time they probably wouldn't be in a supercomplex. "Your's?"

"I'm Arashikage" The mercenary said "But most people call me Kage" He finished, opening his box of chicken, he'd offer some to the hyeness, but she had already eaten, plus he was very hungry

"Hello then, Kage." she greeted again, this time with more confidence. She eyed his chicken, but not in any sort of hunger particularly. A train of thought caused the chicken to remind her of her fight with Delirium, causing her to put her hand to her head and shift uncomfortably.

"So who's she?" she continued after confirming that the bleeding has since stopped, nodding toward the woman he was originally with.

The doors to the supercomplex slid open and a young Alaskan Klee Kai, nineteen years old, stepped inside.  Her fur was sleek with the customary black-and-white pattern her species usually had.  She was wearing dark green cargo pants with a black, form-fitting, short-sleeved top.  She didn't have a bag or purse.  Instead, there was a small bulge in her pocket.

What?  She liked wallets more than handbags.

The Alaskan had never visited the complex before, having just recently heard of it.  Unsure of what there was to do, she hesitantly stepped forward towards the map in the "center" of the room.  The sheer size of the building was almost a little intimidating, not to mention the bustling crowds and her own lack of companionship.

"Well, I guess it is a bit weird, but hey, it means I have a place to stay" Bri said with a chuckle

That was a good point.

'Besides, it's not actually part of the complex.  Just really close.' Gin corrected her.

Blinking her sightless amber eyes, Airi thought back to their recent walk.  She -had- felt the wind blowing lightly against her fur, but she had assumed it was just the air conditioning--and she wasn't really paying attention at the time, thinking more of what questions to ask a spy without making them kill the interviewer.

After thinking about it for a second or two, Delirium decided it was time to rest and the best place to do it would certainly be the hotel.

After walking in and checking in for a empty room, and getting one, he walked up the stairs to his new room and decided sleep was needed.

After a good nights rest at the Hotel that was nearby to the complex      (I hope i did this right?)

John re-entered the complex, and had tried to find something fun to do. He walked up to the directory, and began to skim it.

"Hmm, this looks like fun" John said aloud.  John began to make his way to the gym. Luckily he brought a change of clothes, so that after working out, he could change into non-sweaty clothes

Krissy had reached the store that she thought had what she was looking for. "Hm, old lamps, dusty artifacts, immortality potions, where are all the maps?" Krissy said to herself as she searched the stores inventory. "If it's maps you seek then you may want to search in the next category."  said a strange looking chimpanzee, he was covered in a white substance almost like ashes, and had strange tattoos allover his body. "Oh yes that's what I'm looking for thanks." Said Krissy in a rushed manner, it was clear she didn't want to converse with the strange fellow.

A brown and white furred wolf, much different from Gearhart, approached, and entered the complex. He wore a handsome smile upon his face, a wonderful aura emanating from him. His glistening green eyes looked around, straightening himself as he did.

"Whoa! This place is bigger than I thought!..." He said under his breath as he walked over to the map stand, and took a look, trying to find what to check out first.

He noticed the Alaskan Klee Kai, and took a step forward to her. "Heya. Do you know where I could go to get some new clothes?" He asked, meaning the nicer clothes, and not the simple ones; He was dressed nicely, and was acceptable for where he was.

Her ears perking up as she realized someone was talking to her, the Klee Kai turned her eyes to the wolf, offering him a friendly smile.  "Hey yourself." she said in return, again looking to the map.  "Sorry, but I can't help you there.  I just barely walked in myself." she admitted.

'But you know, he's alone...Maybe -he- could be my company for a while...'

"Say, maybe we can look for it together?" asked the young Alaskan.

Ultor was in the gym, he was in the ring and it was clear that no one could match his skills. (He isn't wearing his armor, that would be cheating. Even though Kryxian martial arts clearly states that you do whatever you can to beat your opponent, except kicking them in the groin, that's just not cool.) He saw John, but was in the middle of a match so he didn't have time to speak with him.

The wolf's smile became a little nicer, if one thought it already couldn't, as it became a bit more sincere. "Sure. Companions are always nice." He started, then took a quick glance around. "Especially seeing as we are both alone in this way." He added with a chuckle.

"Of course."  Having to hold back a quiet giggle, the Alaskan Klee Kai said, "We're alone, but at the same time I don't remember being surrounded by so many people."

At least, not for a long time.

"But anyway, how about we start this off right?"  With a smile on her muzzle, her composure remaining friendly and sincere, she held her hand out towards the wolf.  "I'm Kaida."
