"Sure, i don't mind, as long as he wont try to kill me." she said. Star walked by Draco towards the clinic, blood dripping behind her as she walked. She looked at Draco for a split second, then turned her head away, not looking back at him at all

"sheesh, what happened to HER" she said. Star turned and growled at Salem, but soon thought it wasn't worth it, so she turned her head away and walked into the clinic

"Oh, don't worry; unless you seriously piss Kyle off - which is a lot harder to do now than in the past, I'm thankful to say - he'll have no reason to hurt you," Draco explained. "He's not a bad person, once you get to know him. Hop on my back - I'll take you to him."

* * *

Keesha cradled Kyle's dragon head in her arms as he cried out what was left of his pain and anguish. She occasionally kissed his snout, shushing him as he sobbed.

"Keesha," he managed to say, "I'm sorry. I was--"

"Kyle," Keesha said soothingly, "I won't blame you or chastise you or even get mad at you for trying to move on. You were convinced I was dead. You wanted to move on with your life - I won't hate you for that."

"I... guess I have grown too accustomed to expecting the worst out of everyone," Kyle said.

"Just let it go, Kyle," Keesha whispered. "Let it go."

Kyle shifted back to normal form, where Keesha lifted his head to face hers. "I don't know what dark plans lay within you," she admitted, now crying herself, "Nor do I know by what design we were forced to live without each other these sixteen years - but the Force is offering us a chance to start anew, don't slap it's hand away."

"And it's off to see Kyle we go," Draco said with a laugh. He meandered through the crowds, walking calmly toward the center of the rapidly-dissipating ripples in the Force. "Ah, Salem," Draco said, "Just as a heads-up, my son is a dragon-shifter. You do know what a dragon-shifter is, don't you?"

* * *

"The Force?" Kyle repeated. "Can I never escape it's cruel, iron will?"

"No one has ever been able to escape the will of the Force," Keesha said. "Nothing happens by accident - it is the will of the Force that we are here together. We were destined for each other, no mater what happens."

"If you know about the wars, then you know how scarred I am," Kyle said, still crying.

"I know you're in pain, baby," Keesha said. "I know it hurts - that's why I'm here. I love you, you know that - don't shut me out. Let me help you."

Kyle simply leaned his forehead on Keesha's, closing his tear-filled eyes. "You already have," he whispered to her. She then kissed him over the lips, tenderly and passionately, the dragon-shifting Jedi Marauder reunited with the Cerinian Jedi Sentinel once again. After the kiss, they simply stood there, in the grassy fields of what was once their home, holding each other close.

'Now who is this?', Deric thought to himself as he saw a white vixen walk in to the clinic.

"That's okay," Draco chuckled. With a sigh, he explained, "Dragon-shifters - like my son - are born one of two ways. In Kyle's case, he was born a dragon with a unique genetic marker that allowed him to take the form of a native to whatever world he was on at the time - In Kyle's case, Cerinia. And the other way they are born is when those dragon-born shifters have children of their own - they tend to inherit the traits and powers of a dragon-shifter from whoever in the family is a dragon-shifter. Weird, I know - but absolutely wonderful should you manage to befriend a dragon-shifter. They're very protective of their friends and family."

* * *

Kyle and Keesha, having finally been reunited after sixteen years apart, were shutting the holographic Cerinia down. Kyle took one last look at the wonderful, grassy landscape before it disappeared.

"Baby," Keesha asked, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah," Kyle sighed. "Just taking one last look at the place. Wondering if you, Krystal and I survived... what are the chances others did, as well?"

Keesha laughed. "It's another tale to tell," she said, "But one I'd prefer to discuss over a glass of Romulan Ale."

Kyle snorted. "I didn't think a Jedi like you drank Romulan Ale," he stated.

"A lot can happen in sixteen years," Keesha said, kissing Kyle's cheek. "Darling. Lucky for you, those changes only keep me closer to you."

United once more, Kyle and Keesha wandered off toward the bar Kyle was in earlier, unwittingly heading in Draco's direction...

"and im polite as can be. Although, I dont act like it, im polite and have a good temper, takes a lot to tick me off" Salem said. She then looked down at Kyle and Keesha, then spoke

"By the way Draco, i have a few things of my own to share. I will often mimic voices as a joke, but im also able to mimic moves as well, but i usually do that for protection purposes. Mirages are another one of my specialties as well"

Draco chuckled. "I'm starting to like you, already," he said. "Don't worry - if the meeting with Keesha went as I expected, Kyle will be a little more... open to jokes. He needs a good laugh after what he's been--"

"Are you following me, Draco?" Kyle asked with a grin. Draco laughed.

"Made nice, did you?" Draco asked. Kyle and Keesha looked to each other with a smile.

"Something like that, yeah," they said in unison.

"Salem," Draco stated, "this is my son, Kyle Indari, and his, uh... girlfriend, Keesha."

Keesha was the first to greet the elf. "A pleasure to meet you, Salem."

Kyle smiled, then said, "Why do I get the feeling you're gonna do something, Salem?"

"oh no reason" Salem said, mimicking Kyle's voice perfectly. she smiled and jumped down from Draco's back

"as a matter of fact, I dont know WHAT your talking about" she said, then mimicking Keesha's voice perfectly

Kyle half-smiled, half-smirked, raising his eyebrows and then dropping them while saying, "Shouldn't have asked."

Keesha was about to laugh, but passed it off as a snort. "Funny," she chuckled.

"C'mon, lets go get a drink," Kyle said. Looking to Salem, he asked, "Hey, Salem - ever try Romulan Ale?"

Keesha elbowed Kyle's side, making him jump a bit. "Don't give her Romulan Ale, you jack@$$!" she said, her voice verging on busting out laughing.

Kyle chuckled, "Okay. Still, drinks are on me."

"As for me," Draco said, "I'm hungry."

"When aren't you, dad?" Kyle asked.

Draco laughed. "I'm a dragon, kiddo - what'd you expect?"

Hey, Zack, Kyle said telepathically, You awake? If you can hear me, come on down to the bar we were in earlier - I have someone you might want to meet.

"high metabolisms SUUUUCK because, you are ALWAYS hungry" Salem said, smiling. She looked around

"man, they have very little to do here dont they? oh well, theres always something fun to do" she said, soon running up two walls that were close together and wall-kicking up until she was on the third level of the complex.

"DAYYYAM! nice view!" she said, sitting on the railing

(sorry I'm late, I had to clean the kitchen)

Deric then noticed the she was limping and had blood dripping down her side

"Hey Doc! We Need Some Help Here!", he shouted as he ran over to the Vixen,"here, let me help you miss", he said to her.

"HANDS OFF" she growled, giving him a dirty scowl afterwards.

"touch me, and i will severely hurt you, got me?!" she added, limping off to the waiting room, cringing in pain as she limped off

"Oh, that's nice," Kyle said with a humorous hint of sarcasm, "but the bar's this way."

Keesha elbowed Kyle again. "Be nice!" she growled. Looking up at Salem, she added, "You'll have to forgive Kyle's... twisted sens of humor. I love him to death, but he can be a bit of a jackass sometimes.

(Off-Topic Note: People, today is the last chance to cast votes for how you want the plot of Star Fox - Marauder II before I start. And I would prefer to go with what the majority wants, as apposed to picking from the two most popular scenarios that happened to be tied ATM.)

"Where'd you learn to do that, Prince of Persia?" Kyle asked, and was subsequently elbowed by Keesha again. "Dammit, girl, cut it out!" he chuckled.

"Then be nice!" Keesha said. "You act like a--"

"Shut up, the both of you," Draco stated. With a chuckle, he added, "You bicker like an old married couple."

Both Kyle and Keesha snorted, then said in unison, "Yes, father."

"Bah, days are always long here," Kyle said. "Longer here than on Dragonaria Prime."

"Remember Kemoran III?" Keesha asked, looping her arm through Kyle's.

"Ugh," Kyle replied, "Don't remind me. It was hard enough to tell day from night there, with it always raining and those atmospheric whatever the f**k they're called."

"And I'd rather forget Kemoran III," Came Jason's voice from behind. "Lotta s**t went down there that you don't wanna know about - no offense, Salem."

"Don't fret," Kyle said, "I know my way around here. Just stick close, and you won't get lost."

"And, regardless," Keesha added, "You're the only elf we know that is in this Complex. It'll be fairly easy to find you if you do get lost." she tapped her head a few times. "Jedi thing. Elves like you will be easy to find, as you leave a unique presence in the Force - like Kyle here."

"At least this place isn't anything like Nar Shaddaa," Jason commented. He looked to Salem. "Ever been there?"

"Well, good," Jason said. "Don't go there. Ever. The place is a festering cesspool."

"It does have it's uses," Kyle commented. "There are so many people there, it makes tracking anybody - even Jedi - very, very difficult."

"You say that from experience?" Jason asked.

"I've been there several times," Kyle affirmed. He and Keesha walked into the bar, and took a booth. Kyle Anderson and Anna weren't present, but Voro was still there.

"Don't ask where the other two went," Voro said. "They left. Their two Kemorainian friends said something about a job on Mintooine, and they left."

Kyle nodded, then said, "Salem, the eight-foot-six tall Sangheili sitting at the bar over there is an old friend of mine, Voro 'Vadamee."

Voro nodded, still drinking his Sangheili mead. "If you want to sit next to me, it's okay; I don't bite."

There was a loud chomp as Draco dug into the food brought to him. Kyle smiled and rolled his eyes. "Typical," he scoffed.
