Turning to face the fox/wolf hybrid, the white vulpine answers in a matching tone;

"Hehe, I think I'll pass, bud. I'm actually just checking the place out. Thanks anyway, though."

"The name is Kyle by the way." The golden-eyed fox states with a slight smile already on the face. "Who would you be?"

"Zackary",He replied to the fox "Heyz Can I getz a glass waterz Pleaze", Zackary asked the bartender.

"Would anyone like to see a magic trick?" asks the tiger, still with his cards in his hand.

The navy blue fox finds himself in front of a massive structure. "Well would you look at that, it's marvelous. I sure hope those two guys were giving me correct info"

The fox took in his surroundings. He begins to analyze the outer walls of the architecture...but wait, whats this? "This cant be....dare I say this is simply impossible! They have my picture up, but how?"

*The navy blue fox walks inside in the hopes of finding someone to speak with*

Just inside the complex, immediately outside a tavern where Balsa has begun singing very very badly, sits a little girl of no more than 8 years old. She sits quietly on a bench, kicking her legs which lie obscured underneath a long yellow dress. She nods her head to a beat only she knows as she waits for something to happen.

The tiger replies:

"You pick one card, it will disappear and reappear somewhere else."

Hands out the deck

"Pick one."

The navy blue fox notices a friendly looking fellow siting by a table with cards. (He seems to work as a magician, interesting...) He walks over to him to introduce himself and to ask for information.

"Hello. My name is Hunter, and I need to find out who is responsible for running this business." Said the blue fox in an over-anxious manner to the lion.

The Cornerian Complex; a forever domineering mark of buildings and structures that sat in reserved silence amongst the region's shopping district.  It was not strictly confined to consumer affairs; to put it bluntly the place pretty much had everything one could wish for and more.  It was this that attracted so many to the complex for quite some time now.  Of course, renovations had made the place a ghost-town for a short while, but it appeared as if its old steam was beginning to start once more.  The normal hustle and bustle of the exterior and interior of the compound was reaching relatively notable levels again; to the point in which new retailers and customers alike were drawn to the area.  The large parking lot that lay before the buildings was impressive in its own right as well; seemingly miles of blacktop stretched as far as the eye could see, equally filled with automobiles and other types of land-based vehicles in addition.

It was the sight that was beautiful in its own right, and precisely why a particular individual found himself drawn to the place.  Of course, he was a literal party-animal so to speak; he greatly enjoyed the company of others and was instantaneously fixated upon visiting the Complex at one point or another in his life.  At last, he had gained the opportunity.  Gripping the steering wheel tightly in his hands and with a look of anticipation on his face, the male glared wonderingly out of the windshield of his van.  Grey-colored with bits of black here and there, most notably on his eyes and tail, one could surmise relatively quickly that he was a raccoon; early twenties perhaps.  Breathing a sigh of contentedness and cracking a grin, he began to steer his ancient cargo van into a space near the south wing, gently easing the accelerator to get the feeble, emissions-choked V8 engine to allow enough torque to make it up the gentle incline.  "Well, it could've gone worse." he thought, pushing the gearshift upward into park and shutting the vehicle off.  Hopping out with an excited glint in his eye, he locked up and took his first few steps toward the massive structures.

[And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how you do an intro. :-P]

The tiger looked at the blue fox:

"Eh? Well, I honestly don't know. I don't come here often. I usually work as a bounty hunter, so I don't get a lot of free time on my hands. Why do you ask, btw?"

Hunter knew there were certain things that couldn't be spoken about, at least not to complete strangers. He responds to the tiger (wait i thought it was lion???) in a hushed manner, almost silent in fact.

"I can't explain, I don't have the time to do so. I need to speak with a particular employee about something vital."

The tiger stares at the fox for a minute, a small light seemed to glow behind the bandana, behind his eye, perhaps, he then says:

"So that's why...your secret is safe with me. I think he is in the back."

The raccoon in question had been snooping around for quite awhile now.  His trip through the Complex thus far was one of sheer amusement and wonder.  Having his eyes on all things remotely shiny, he sauntered his way through the various areas and domains with no purpose or hurry.  It was nearly sensory overload to say the very least, with advertizements and signage as far as the eye could see.  Tail swishing lightly back and forth behind him, he turned a corner and did a quick double-take.  There appeared to be some sort of conversation occurring; he noted the presence of a tiger and  an agitated looking fox off to his right.  Quizzically eying the pair, he began to make his way toward them - interested in what was going on.  "You guys sound like you're having a bit of trouble", he called out in a friendly fashion while strolling over.

Hunter looked over to see this mysterious raccoon approaching him and the tiger. "Why is he acting so friendly? It must be a trap!" thought Hunter. He almost said this out loud, but held his tongue. He knew he would need all the help he could get, and making enemies was the last thing he needed.

"Do you happen to know who runs the bar?" He asks the raccoon. Hunter felt a piercing pain go through his chest, as he knew he already said too much.

"Oh nothing, much, friend" Replied the tiger. "I was in the middle of doing a magic trick."

The tiger turns away from the blue fox to prepare his cards.

Turning toward the fox and noting his apparent air of distress, he decided to get to the bottom of what was occurring.  "I'm not exactly familiar with the place aside from the directories - so that'd be a no.  What's the problem exactly?; you could always report grievances to the Better Business Bureau.  And besides; you aren't looking too good at all."  He was speaking the truth, of course; as much as the fox tried to hide it the vulpine was looking more and more disheveled by the moment.  Diverting his attention toward the tiger, he nodded and muttered a reply.  "I've always liked magic tricks; they're just good fun of course."

The tiger replied:

"It is very interesting, indeed. A complex study of the human mind, what it interpenetrates...instead of what is really going on."

He looks at the raccoon:

"I'm sure you are familiar with tricks, aren't you?"

Hunter, thinking he may have averted a dangerous situation, decides that it may be best to wait some time before causing a huge commotion. "But they know about me...my picture outside...but how?" He thought to himself. No need to worry about that right now. Hunter knew he needed to blend in well with the masses.

"You don't look like much of a mercenary to me buddy." He says to the tiger. "What's your name by the way?"
