"Hey, with the way you handle your business, I could be too in justa' minute." Doggy says in regards to Tran's dubious escape plan. He'd been in similar though not as high stakes spots like his. Even then, Doggy was just counting the things he was doing wrong. Why sit around if you're wanted man? Why talk loudly about plans best secret? Why draw attention to yourself by being a prick and threatening too cut people. "Welp, better check my messages more often." Doggy said.

Tran: "Do not underestimate me, you drunk #*@&!. I am not to be simply messed with. I have killed plenty of people like you quite easily, its like learning to walk, it eventually means nothing to you." Trans eyes met Doggy's. "If you wish to continue your idiocy, you will not be satisfied with the results. Besides, I'm no longer an ally to those monkeys, they nearly killed me actually. So whats your choice, are you going to turn me in, try to kill me, or can we move on with our lives. Me with my own business and you wasting away every breath of your meaningless pathetic life trying to coax it down with the Devil's drink?" Tran didn't budge, and was prepared for anything.

Kage stood, looking straight at Tran, "Are you going to cause problems?" He asked, his hat flying off as he tried to straighten it.  Due to the speed of his hand, it instead chose the express way to the table.  "If so, please leave and cause problems at someone else's bar."  He said, "Do me a favor, I don't want to have to clean anything up."

"I'm pretty sure he's just having a laugh.  You're the one threatening." He said, "I'll give you one chance, be civil or get out of my bar."

Tran: "You know." Tran said. "You really suck at your job. Are you seriously gonna let a drunk in here. He is harassing my personal life quite exponentially. Not to mention, he smells."

Tran backed off from the drunk, and starts to head back inside.

"Come on, Dimitri!"

He sighed, "He doesn't look drunk to me" The owner said, shaking his head.  "Don't criticize how I do my job, start criticizing what you take as personal offenses" He said, sitting down again.  He hated issues, and he knew Doggy when he was drunk, this wasn't Doggy when he was drunk.

"How many times do I have to say I'm not drunk?" Doggy asks. He takes a sniff of himself. New coat smell, nice. And...... Doggy gags. "OK! He was right about one thing! I do smell! Remind to shower when I leave, AK." He says jokingly then adds sincerely "Thanks for the assist."

"Yeah yeah, take a shower, mutt" He said.  He used the term endearingly of course.

Tran sits back down.

"Trust me sir. I don't cause pointless fights. The worst I do is threats to people like him. Other than that, you wont find any trouble out of me."

Tran: "I see, so he is not some military-kissing idiot like his dad."

"Watch it, I my not be exactly like him but he's still my father so watch what you say about him around me", Zack said in a calm tone.

"I most certainly will you smelly old primate" Doggy replies in kind as a joke. Well, except the showering part. He needs one.

"So you mean you'll actually speak with her?" Hunter says, overenthused. It's been a while since he could look forward to working with someone. However, he still needs to think this over before making any commitments.

Taking another swig of his drink, Hunter accepts the handshake offer. "I would be glad to work with you and Balsa. So, how do I know if she accepts my request?" He says, clearly displaying his enthusiasm at this point in time.

"Balsa is my boss" Trebia says simpally. "If i can get her to stop moving for five minutes she will listen to what i have to say, yes. Hiring you would be a topic i would have to encroach her apon"

Trebia finishes her copious mug and signals for another, placing her glass at the precarious edge of the table.

"If Balsa deems you an acceptable employee, she will send a detatchment to escort you to your room and board. She will find you, have no worries about that."

Trebia thinks for a moment. "Just exactly what work do you do?"

"Look Momma!" Gracia points as she and Balsa cross paths with the new arrivals on their way to Kage's Bar. To her credit Balsa lowers her daughters pointed hand, chastising her as she does.

"It isn't polite to point, Gracia" Balsa says as she moves close to Kyle. "Apologies Gracia"

Gracia blushes and apologizes, looking bashfull as she does.

"No problem, Gracia," Kyle responded. He looked to Balsa. "I don't believe we've met - Kyle Indari, High General of the Dragon'taan Marauder Corps." He offered a hand to shake. "With me is my wife, Anna, and our son, Drake."

"We would have brought my Uncle with us, but he volunteered to take command of the ship while we're here," Drake commented. "You may have heard of him as the Immortal Sith, Darth Faasnu?"

"Don't let the name fool you," Anna commented as she headed for the buffet, "Faasnu is no more sith than he is Jedi - and his real name is Mathayus."

"Balsa von Hannover" She greets, firmly grasping Kyle's hand and giving it a firm shake. "Chief of security, The little one here is Gracia, my daughter"

Gracia waves from her position on Balsa's shoulder, kicking her legs underneath her dress and coat as she balences on Balsa's outstretched arms.

"As for knowing of your uncle, we are still new to this world." Balsa says as she picks up pace, following Anna, Drake, and Kyle towards the buffet. "So what brings you to this complex?"

"Nostalgia," Kyle answered. "This world is where I met my son, Drake... right before a Sith assault, no less."

"Yeah, trouble seems to find Kyle from time to time," Anna commented. "But, since that last dust-up between DMC and Sith forces, things have been rather quiet for us."

"So I suggested we head here for vacation," Drake added. "I had long wanted to visit this place, but it seems Uncle Faasnu didn't want us to get caught flat-footed, so he dragged two of our fleet's warships as escorts for our flagship."

"Yeah, since regaining his memories, he's been a bit... overzealous in what he calls his obligation to protect us," Kyle commented. A waiter approached them, and Kyle and Anna both requested a glass of Coke while Drake got a glass of Sweet Tea.

Balsa takes a seat with the Indari family, ordering an additional coke while Gracia got a glass of Apple Juice. "Ah, so that ship that everyone is fussing over is yours then?" Balsa says, allowing Gracia off of her shoulder and onto a seat.

"Vacation? Well allow me to be the first to formally welcome you to the Complex then." Balsa smiles, nodding her head as she does. "I hope your tenure here ends better than a sith assault."

Kyle chuckled as Drake left for the buffet. "As do I - and yes, that large warship that everyone's fussing about is mine. The Flagship of the DMC, the DMCS Dragon's Rage. It's an old ship, but it still does it's job admirably. The design is so effective, we in the DMC have found no reason to retire it from service."

"And with the DMC reaching trade agreements and alliances with factions across multiple 'verses, our diverse fleet and our ranks are growing," Anna added.

"Yeah..." Kyle said. Indicating Drake, he commented, "Drake was responsible for earning the DMC's alliance with the UNSC-Sangheili Alliance - saved Sangheilios from a Covenant Remnant attack almost single-handedly."

"Impressive" Balsa says, nodding her head as their drinks arrive. She sips at her soda and hands Gracia the glass with her juice in it before she starts again. "It is always pleasing to see father's caring so much for their sons. Even more so with such high risks. I commend you"

She raises her glass in a toast. "To your accomplishments, Drake"

"Hear, hear," Drake responded, raising his own glass. He tapped it against Balsa's glass, and took a swig. Then he dug into his meal.

"So, Balsa - where are you from?" Anna asked.

"I was born a long time ago" Balsa starts. "On Earth, I was born in the Holy Roman Province of Hannover. I was the daughter of the head of a Mercenary group and my Father taught me everything i know."

She to starts on her meal, taking care to be able to talk with the food in her mouth. "Wasn't that bad to tell the truth, father was kind but strict and raised me right."

She motions towards Anna. "And what of you?"

(This may be the last post I make for a while - I have to be at work in a few hours. In the meantime, BW, I have posted a new profile on Kyle and profiles on Drake and Anna. You can take a look at those, if you wish, to get a good idea of their history.)

"Well, I'm Dragonarian, but I was born on Cerinia," Anna responded. "My father was stationed there, as part of the Dragonarian garrison aiding the Cerinians. I met Kyle when I was... what, Fifteen?"

"Seventeen," Kyle corrected her.

"Well, anyway, we got to know each other, and eventually started a relationship - before the Necromyans attacked," Anna said.

"What happened between the death of Cerinia and now is a long, long story," Kyle stated. "Suffice it to say, we both went through a lot in that time span. We met back up some time after the Marauder War - you may have heard of a conflict with the Necromyan Collective?"

Balsa shook her head. "As i said, i am not a local and local and recent events have all but escaped my notice."
