"Well, he claims to know you," Kyle told Zack. "We eradicated the base, but Silthar escaped - and Intelligence has reason to believe he's coming after you. Where he is now or why he's after you is information we don't have."

Star looked back at the newcomer who was talking to Zack. Squinting a little bit, she took her drink and sipped, keeping an eye on him. She had a eerie feeling about him, one that made her for some reason, uncomfortable and unsafe. Kora looked to her mother with worry in her eyes, reaching out for her hand and grabbing it. Star only looked at her from the corner of her eyes, giving a slight smile, but still keeping an eye on her suspected enemy as well.

Chayrlin nods a greeting at Star and Kora, folding and storing her beige Teghali under her seat.

Star looked at Chayrlin and smiled before sitting down at a table. Kora sat next to her, looking also at the familiar face and smiling. Star yawned and reached into her wallet, taking out a picture of a young male lion. It was different for her to see him without his glasses on, yet it didn't bother her. His face was expressionless, yet his dark brown eyes held a sense of seriousness in them. On his head, he donned a hat fitted for him. The top was white with a golden, marine corps. symbol on the front center. The bill of the hat was shined. He also wore the jacket for his dress blues, the trim red and the same, gold symbol from his hat was on the left and right collar of his jacket. Gold buttons trailed down the center, nothing more to be seen past his midsection since the picture cut off there.

 

Star gave a slight smile before sighing and putting it away.

"You are thinking rather loudly, love" Anastasia says as she passes on by, having filled up her glass with something red and Grape-y. "Considering its the holidays and all, i dont really think you should be as mellow as you are."

 

Anastasia takes a jump and lands on the table, hardly shaking a thing as she takes a deep sip of her drink. "My apologies, Anastasia, nice to meet you. Whats on your mind?"

"A lot right now. For one, my husband is deployed on Earth to help with the war. It broke out I think a couple months ago and since then it's been terror on the Americans" She said sighing.

Wolf jumps Star's words and speaks, "Oh, I'm headed for Earth in a second. Got a target to..." Wolf stops his words, spotting Kora, and resumes again. "...make friends with... maybe I might meet this guy."

Kora looked at Wolf and smiled. Star then spoke to wolf.

"If you see him lemme know. I havent heard from him since he got deployed.....it's been hard on me and my child, plus the fact that I'm pregnant with my second".

"I'll be sure to call and congrats on the second pup. " Wolf then takes out his communicator and dials in a number, and speaks in Tribal, "[shep], lyh oui lusa dyga ujan calinedo ujan rana? [shep, can you come take over security over here?] A reply comes in.

 

Yr, oac. E'mm lusa nekrd ujan fedr [Areka]. [Ah, yes. I'll come right over with Areka.]

It was then that a frantic-looking lioness came bursting in the bar. She panted heavily, as though she'd been running from some unseen threat. She had a gash on her side, and blue blood leaked slowly from it..

 

"DRAKE!" she screamed. When she got no response, she looked frantically from one person to the next, searching for whoever it was she was looking for. She spotted Star, and limped over to her, where it became apparent she had another open wound on her leg. She dipped a violently-trembling hand into a pocket and retrieved a photo - one of herself with Drake Indari. "P-please... h-have you seen the man i-in this p-pho... photo? It's..." She grunted in pain, then continued, "U-urgent that I-I find him!"

Kora stared in horror seeing the woman, whimpering and covering her eyes. Star shook her head and looked to her.

 

"No I have not. I am sorry. Now what happened to you"?

"He's back!" the lioness sobbed, "He's back! Drake... he's the only one..." she paused to cough, then continued, "Drake's the only one who can stop him! He's the only one who ever could! I have to find him!"

"Then go find him. No offense to you miss, but you're scaring my kid and I'm not in the mood to deal with danger today. I'm on leave for the holidays and I'm pregnant, which means my hormones are everywhere. Right now, I'm incapable to feel anything and I want to sit here and enjoy my holidays in peace. Try looking somewhere else or asking someone. Anybody but me right now." Star says, pointing to the small, slightly un-noticable baby bump.

"Please!" the lioness pleaded, "Someone--"

 

"Kabby?" asked a voice the lioness knew well. "Kabby" turned to see Drake standing in the doorway.

 

"Drake!" she exclaimed, limping as fast as she could to him. She threw her arms around him as she sobbed, "Thank the Force I found you! I don't know where else to turn!"

 

Drake felt something wet on the lioness' side, and when he removed his arm to see what it was, it came away sticky with blood. Drake immediately frowned, looking to those present. He didn't say a word to them - instead, he gently pushed Kabby away so he could look into her eyes. "Who did this to you, Kabier?"

 

"He's back," Kabier whimpered. "He came looking for you, but ran into me instead - I barely got out alive!"

 

"Who?" Drake asked again. "Who came looking for me? Who attacked you?"

 

Tears streamed down Kabier's face as she sobbed, "I'm sorry, Drake - I'm so sorry..."

 

Drake sighed, holding Kabier close as she sobbed down his shoulder. He gently rocked her back and fourth as he whispered to her, "It's okay, Kabby - you're safe." Conscious of the fact that the lioness was wounded, he looked to the others present and said, "Please tell me this place has a medical facility..."

Star growled low and laid her head on the table, obviously stressed.

"for ONCE can a damn pregnant woman get some fucking peace?! I swear to god if I didn't have this baby in my stomach I'd throw a goddamn chair"!

Kora rubbed her moms back and looked up to drake, shrugging as if to say "dunno whats wrong with her".

 

Star looked at drake

"You're the crazy who tried convincing me that I knew someone! What the fuck are you doing askin' me favors eh"?

"Hey, calm down!" Drake responded. "I was just asking where the medical facility is! No one is asking any favors!" He looked to Wolf. "Would you happen to know where the medical wing of this place is?" he asked.

"Mein Gott" Anastasia says, having been ignored for the longest time, a sensation so foreign to her she felt like throwing up. She tosses the most dramatic look in her arsenal at Chayrlin, who is to busy rolling her eyes at 200RPM. 

 

"Everyday, Dame, everyday" Chayrlin confirms the dramatic look with a shrug.

 

Her ire established, Anastasia brushes her hand in a southward direction. "A Medicinal tent should be in the back of the security room."

 

Chayrlin steps towards the developing scene, clearly attempting to look as non threatening as she can.

"Well im sorry, but you asked a hormonal female who deals with a fucking BABY in her stomach every day for something after you pissed her off prior. So im sorry that im pissy " Star growled.

 

"I told your girlfriend I ain't in the mood for this. I have 99 problems and a bitch shouldn't be one".

"Alright, alright" Anastasia stands from her cross legged perch on the table, moving between Star and Drake. Her glass is in her hand, and she angles her free hand towards star as if her miniscule body would stop anything.

 

"Alright, love, i know you are angry but please let us not be unreasonable"

 

She turns her head to Drake and Kabier. "I sincerely apologize about my friend. But she is clearly distressed, Might i lead you to the medical tent?"

"auuuuuuuuuugh fine" Star said as kora hugged her knowing she was upset. Star smiled abit and spoke

"its ok dear, nothing to worry about".

[Arashikage]

Kage walked into the bar to a horrible sight.  Blood all over his floor.  His nice new floor.  "Chayrlin, get a mop please?  I can't freaking believe it.  Every freaking day!"

"Thank you," Drake thanked the one who'd pointed him in the right direction. "But now that you've pointed me in the right direction, I think I can find it."

 

"Drake," Kabier said, "I don't think I can walk that distance - I barely was able to get here."

 

"Then I'll carry you there," Drake said. "You've done enough." He gently picked Kabier up in his arms, and headed in the direction Anastaisia told him. Kabier shivered in his arms, and Drake used the Force to keep her warm. "You didn't answer my question before," he told her. "Who did this to you?"

 

"Remember that Sith Marauder you killed over on New Tamriel?" Kabier asked.

 

Drake frowned. "Is that who did this to you?" he inquired as he set Kabier down on the table.

 

Kabier again got tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry, Drake - I never meant to put you--"

 

Drake shushed Kabier. "It's okay," he told her, "You did the right thing. Right now, you need to calm down and let me operate." He examined Kabier's wounds, then dug into the medical supplies. First, he operated on the gash in her side, sterilizing it, cleaning the blood, and then sealing the wound. Next, he operated on the wound in her leg, sealing it up with biofoam, then slapping a self-adhering battle dressing on it, and finally bandaging both wounds. "You took a big risk, coming after me like this. You were lucky you didn't pass out from blood loss; what were you thinking?"

 

"I'm sorry, Drake," Kabier said softly. "I didn't know where else to turn. You were the only person I could trust with this."

 

"I know," Drake responded, "And I will deal with this threat accordingly. For now, you need to rest." He helped Kabier up, and held her close as he walked her to another restaurant, where he paid for both of their meals. Helping Kabier sit down, he rhetorically asked, "What would you do without me, Kabby?" Kabier chuckled as Drake sat down next to her.

 

"I doubt I'd be alive if not for you," she commented. She gave Drake a gentle kiss on his lips before she dug into her meal, while Drake kept an eye on the area around them.

"Yes'sah" Chayrlin says, shooting a glance at her Anastasia before receiving a nod. To the supply cabinet she goes, wielding the mighty +2 Mop of Mopping and the Seeking bucket of Water. She moves to the entrance and begins cleaning from the entrance.

 

"Might wanna report this before someone thinks you whacked someone" Chayrlin says, making sure to put the Anti Lawsuit sign of destruction +5 next to the bucket of water.
